Jayne's Baby Bank

Thirty-One Days, Fifty Claims: Her October, Checked

Avatar photo By Sherlock 26 min read

The short version

  • In October 2026 her pages carried 157 posts, 43 videos and 53 TikToks. We read all of them and picked the fifty statements that sit worst against the documents: leases, court records, regulators’ letters, and her own earlier posts.
  • Her own words do most of the work. “Legal tenants” on 6 October; “we are no longer the tenants” on 27 October. “There is no one living in the baby bank” in September; a landlord “putting a vulnerable homeless person on the street” in October, the morning after police arrested the man we had reported living there. “It hasn’t been open for 10 months” about a shop she was announcing opening times for in September.
  • Money. “Paid in full” at Risca, where the landlord’s notice said non-payment; at Aberbargoed, where the lease was forfeited and a £7,141 judgment followed; “electricity and water paid” where SSE was chasing £5,013.
  • The company. She gave her own CIC’s number wrongly twice, said CICs get 80% rates relief (that is for charities, and the Charity Commission has told her it is not one), and said the business was a “constituted group” in years she was calling it a charity.
  • Rogerstone. Four different floor areas in eleven days. “Five years” in a building whose owner is consulting now on knocking it down. Classes a planning officer says need permission.
  • On 7 October she wrote that critics had “fell for the ‘I want to live in P2 forever’ bull I fed them.” Keep that line in mind for the other forty-nine.
October was the month Jayne’s Baby Bank lost the last of its Pontypool shops and opened a former factory in Rogerstone. It was also the month she answered this site by name, three times in one day. Between the two, her pages said a great deal about rent, rates, leases, landlords, qualifications and what the council had ordered. This is a list, not an essay. Each entry gives her words, where and when she said them, and what the documents show. Where her own earlier posts are the contradiction, we link those too.

How we did this

Every post, video and TikTok from her pages between 1 and 29 October 2026 is in our transcripts archive: 253 items. We read them all. Quotes from posts are word for word, spelling included. Quotes from videos come from transcripts of the recordings and are marked as such. Post links go to our Facebook archive, where each post is held with its time. The documents are the ones we have published before: the leases, the court register, the fire service and council disclosures, the regulators’ letters, and the Sherlock Dossier. We left out her statements about her health, which no record on file can confirm or refute, and anything naming private people.

Her qualifications and the checks

Her post of 29 October 2026: I thought we had this argument sherlock? I am a qualified health care professional, child minder, classroom assistant with 10 years plus SEN experience and I studied nursing at Cardiff University. I am more than qualified to run children's clubs in my classrooms. We all have enhanced DBS.
Her post, 29 October 2026, 09:58. Read it in our archive.

1. “A qualified health care professional”

“I am a qualified health care professional, child minder, classroom assistant with 10 years plus SEN experience and I studied nursing at Cardiff University.”

Her post, 29 October 2026, 09:58. Archive. Also 2 October, 12:41: “as a qualified health care professional I have a duty of care” (archive).

The record: No registration with any healthcare regulator has been shown or found. The Education Workforce Council said in September 2025 that nobody of her name was or had been registered. Cardiff University will not comment on her. Her own account has moved: “got my degree and diploma in nursing” in July 2023 (archive), “studying to be a nurse” nine days later (archive), “accepted to Cardiff University 2016 to study adult nursing” in June 2026 (archive), “studied nursing” now. See the changing academic record and the nursing degree, checked.

2. “A qualified childminder”

“I’m a qualified childminder because I went back to college with my mother because she didn’t want to go on her own to get her own qualifications.”

Facebook video, 29 October 2026 (transcript of the recording; video 1094959670083028).

The record: On 13 September she wrote that she had “forgot I went with her … I think it’s Cahe level 3 child minding ?” (archive). The certificate she then posted on 19 September is her mother’s (archive). We have seen none in her own name. In Wales a childminder is someone registered with Care Inspectorate Wales; a college course is not registration. Checked in full in her classroom claims, checked.

3. “That’s how I got my teaching assistant level three qualification”

“I worked in a sensory and autism classroom for years. And that’s how I got my teaching assistant level three qualification.”

Facebook video, 29 October 2026 (transcript of the recording; video 1094959670083028).

The record: The information we have received, published in our report on her school job, is that she was a level 1 care assistant, applied for a level 3 post, was not appointed, and left in about 2005. A job does not confer a qualification. None of the certificates she posted in September is a teaching assistant level 3 in her name. The information we have received, from more than one person, is also that before she left there was an employment tribunal. One account says it was brought on her allegations of bullying against other staff, that she did not attend the hearings when they were listed, and that the case was closed; after that she stopped sending in sick notes and did not come back. Another account recalls “a tribunal that she didn’t win” and that her leaving came after it. We hold no document: tribunal decisions are only published online from 2017, so a case from about 2005 cannot be checked there, and we say so. Level 3 is the bar she sets for others: in January 2025, on video, “unless you’ve got the actual level three qualification, I personally don’t want you running it.”

4. “10 years plus SEN experience”

“classroom assistant with 10 years plus SEN experience”

Her post, 29 October 2026, 09:58. Archive.

The record: “12 years” in April 2024 and January 2025; “in a school for 10 years” on 2 April 2026 (archive); “employed from the age of 18-30” on 17 July 2026 (archive); “for years” on 29 October. The information we have received puts her leaving at about 2005, aged about 25.

5. “We all have enhanced DBS”

“We all have enhanced DBS .”

Her post, 29 October 2026, 09:58. Archive.

The record: On 17 September (archive) and 29 September (archive) she was still recruiting people who “will need” an enhanced DBS, so “all” is new. On 13 September we reported a convicted child sex offender working and living at the Pontypool shop. She gave the same guarantee there: “all our volunteers are enhanced dbs checked” (23 August, archive). She has not said which registered body requested the checks, for which roles, or when.

6. “There are no peadofiles volunteering at the baby bank”

“There are no peadofiles volunteering at the baby bank. It hasn’t been open for 10 months so how on earth you think anyone has been volunteering there is beyond me.”

Her post, 13 October 2026, 23:01. Archive.

The record: On 13 September we reported that Raymond Derek Watkins, convicted in 2013 of offences involving indecent images of children, was working and living at the Pontypool shop (our report). On 6 October, after police told her to leave 6 Commercial Street, he was seen going back in. On 11 October, two days before this post, the landlords found him inside the shop, on the phone to her, and police arrested him there and led him away in handcuffs (told not to enter, updated 12 and 13 October). The “10 months” is wrong by her own posts: see the next entry.

Her post of 13 April 2026: Don't forget - we are only open Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursdays/Saturday due to changing business needs. You have to book a shopping slot for Pontypool shop 10-4.
Her post, 13 April 2026, 07:39. Read it in our archive.

7. “It hasn’t been open for 10 months”

“It hasn’t been open for 10 months”

Her post, 13 October 2026, 23:01. Archive.

The record: Ten months before 13 October is December 2025, when she posted daily opening times for Pontypool (1 December 2025). On 13 April 2026, five weeks after the fire service’s Prohibition Notice, she posted “You have to book a shopping slot for Pontypool shop 10-4” (archive). On 9 September 2026: “Pontypool shop won’t be open until lunch time today” (archive). The fire service’s own note records two members of the public entering the shop on 7 April 2026 (the 72-page disclosure).

8. “Speech and language and music therapy”

“we will be using them to run our FREE classes:- … Speech and language and music therapy Music lessons ect”

Her post, 13 October 2026, 09:52. Archive.

The record: “Speech and language therapist” and “music therapist” are titles protected by the Health and Care Professions Council. She names nobody who would deliver them. We put this as a question in the classroom article; it is still unanswered.

Her photograph of the room she calls Classroom 1 at Rogerstone: filing cabinets with boxed toys and craft kits on top, under a wall of Mickey Mouse shapes.
Her photograph of “Classroom 1”, posted 29 October 2026, 14:50. See it in our gallery.

9. “More than qualified to run children’s clubs in my classrooms”

“I am more than qualified to run children’s clubs in my classrooms.” And on video: “I can call it what I like. And there’s nothing you can do about it.”

Her post, 29 October 2026, 09:58. Archive. Facebook video, 29 October 2026 (transcript of the recording; video 1094959670083028).

The record: The name is not the point; the use is. Newport’s planning officer told us on 14 October that the building has no planning history, is in his opinion general industrial (B2) or possibly business (B1), that neither covers classes or children’s activities, and that using it for them is a material change of use needing permission. He said an enforcement case is open (reported here).

The company, the trade mark and the rates

The opening lines of her post of 13 September 2026: We are a Trademarked Registered CIC 16838929.
The opening lines of her post, 13 September 2026, 13:29. Read it in full in our archive.

10. The wrong company number, twice

“Trademarked Registered CIC 15838920” (19 October). “We are a Trademarked Registered CIC 16838929” (13 September, twice in one post).

TikTok caption, 19 October 2026, 04:38 (in our transcripts archive). Her post, 13 September 2026, 13:29. Archive.

The record: Jayne’s Baby Bank C.I.C. is company 16838920, incorporated on 7 November 2025. Three different numbers in six weeks for her own company. A poster she published on 19 October carries the right one, so the number was to hand. The trade mark part is right: UK00003910000, “JAYNE’S BABY BANK & CHARITY SHOP”, is registered.

Her Book Club for Mums poster, posted 19 October 2026, with the line Trademarked Registered CIC 16838920 at the foot.
Her poster of 19 October 2026 gives the company number correctly, 16838920. Her TikTok caption that morning gave 15838920. See it in our gallery.
Her post of 3 October 2026 listing rent and rates for each shop: P1 rent £400 paid in full, P2 £550 paid in full, Rates for all 3 = 80% discount, Big Risca £500 paid in full, Aberbargoed £400 paid in full, Electricity and water paid in all.
Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Read it in our archive.

11. “CICs get 80%”

“CICs get 80 % and 20 discretionary discount. Constitution groups can also get this.”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive. Also 27 January 2026: “charities, afcs, cics and constitution community groups don’t pay businesses rates” (archive).

The record: Mandatory 80% charitable rate relief is for charities and community amateur sports clubs. A CIC is not a charity: the Charity Commission’s letter of 9 April 2026, which she posted herself, says “This organisation is a Community Interest Company (CIC) and not a charity”. A CIC or a constituted group can only ask a council for discretionary relief. Whether any council gave her relief is unknown: Torfaen and Caerphilly both refused to disclose it.

12. “Rates for all 3 = 80% discount”

“Rates for all 3 = 80% discount & 20% discretionary discount”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive.

The record: See 11. Torfaen’s Head of Legal Services wrote on 6 October 2025 that “the entity known as Jaynes Baby Bank is not a registered company”, and the CIC did not exist until November 2025. No document shows 80% relief on any Pontypool unit. The claim would mean a non-charity received a charity’s relief on three properties; the council has been asked and has not confirmed it.

13. “We were a constituted group before we were a CIC”

“We were a constituted group before we were a CIC.”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive.

The record: That is not what she said at the time. July 2022: the council “are aware we have submitted CIC application”. September 2022: “going through the CIC and Charity Registration process”. November 2022: “We are a family run charity”. October 2023: “charities pending like ourselves”. February 2024, on a council food-business form: operator type “A charity (registered by a representative)”, charity number “Awaiting”. The Fundraising Regulator in June 2025: “does not appear to be a legally-recognised corporate body”. All in the dossier.

14. “You can not take or sell anything that is a CIC asset legally”

“You can not take or sell anything that is a CIC asset legally.”

Her post, 19 October 2026, 14:56. Archive.

The record: The CIC was incorporated on 7 November 2025. Both Pontypool leases are in her personal names: “Carrie-Anne Ridsdale” at 6 Commercial Street, and “Miss Jayne-Anne Carrie-Anne Ridsdale” on the 2023 lease for 5 Crane Street. The landlord’s notice of 15 September names the former tenant as Carrie-Anne Ridsdale, not the company. Nothing we have seen transfers the stock to the CIC.

Pontypool: the tenancy, the “evacuation” and the landlords

Her post of 6 October 2026: We are the legal tenants of 6 commercial street temporarily. No legal and lawful eviction has ever take place in either shop. We have not broken into the shop the entrance was open.
Her post, 6 October 2026, 11:53. Read it in our archive.

15. “We are the legal tenants”

“We are the legal tenants of 6 commercial street temporarily.” Two days later: “the shop we legally occupy for the next 28 days please minimum.”

Her post, 6 October 2026, 11:53. Archive. Her post, 8 October 2026, 11:59. Archive.

The record: The lease was a one-year term from 27 October 2024. The landlord’s Formal Notice of 15 September 2026 records that the term expired on 26 October 2025 and gave 21 days, to 6 October, for collection “by appointment only” (four shutters in four months). On 27 October she wrote the opposite herself: “we are no longer the tenants” (archive).

Her post of 27 October 2026 asking followers to make complaints: As they are still on health and safety and fire prohibitions and we are no longer the tenants the landlords are responsible for the prohibitions.
Her post, 27 October 2026, 08:42. Read it in our archive.

16. “No legal and lawful eviction has ever take place in either shop”

“No legal and lawful eviction has ever take place in either shop.” And on 20 September: “evacuated … NOT EVICTED.”

Her post, 6 October 2026, 11:53. Archive. Her post, 20 September 2026, 12:12. Archive.

The record: At 5 Crane Street the landlord company posted a notice on 15 August 2026 that it had taken possession (the end of the road). At 6 Commercial Street, the landlord’s notice of 15 September. At Risca, the shutter notice of 8 June: “repossessed by the landlord due to non-payment of rent” (reported here). All four shop fronts were recovered by their landlords between 6 May and 15 September 2026.

17. “We have not broken into the shop the entrance was open”

“We have not broken into the shop the entrance was open.”

Her post, 6 October 2026, 11:53. Archive.

The record: The landlord told police at the scene that no permission had been given; his position is that the door had been secured from inside and was forced. Police went in; she came out; officers told her party to leave or face arrest. A neighbouring trader’s account: about 15 minutes to force the window. The two accounts cannot both be true (told not to enter).

18. “The landlord has not turned up for the past week as arranged”

“The landlord has not turned up for the past week as arranged.”

Her post, 6 October 2026, 11:53. Archive.

The record: The notice says “by appointment only” and “You must not attend the premises independently”. The landlord’s written statements of 6 October: no permission, no written authorisation. Nothing we have seen shows an arrangement for that week.

19. “Evacuated by health and safety”

“we were evacuated by health and saftey” (6 October); “we were evacuated as per the councils orders due to saftey issues” (13 October); “The council legal documentation states evacuated under health and saftey law” (21 September).

Her post, 6 October 2026, 11:53. Archive. Her post, 13 October 2026, 23:01. Archive.

The record: At 5 Crane Street this has a partial basis: the fire Prohibition Notice of 3 March 2026, and an environmental-health prohibition on 5b Crane Street in July 2026 for water penetration, damp and mould. But the fire notice was for the shop’s own fire loading and blocked escape routes, and the shop was seen trading under it (the disclosure). At 6 Commercial Street the only notice in the window is the landlord’s expired-tenancy notice. It does not mention health and safety.

20. “We had a 3 year lease in Pontypool … and we are still there”

“We had a 3 year lease in Pontypool. The lease ended. We have been there 3 years and 10months and we are still there.”

Her post, 13 October 2026, 23:01. Archive.

The record: 6 Commercial Street was a one-year lease. “Still there” sits beside her own “evacuated”, the landlords’ possession notices, and, two weeks later, “we are no longer the tenants”.

Her post of 16 September 2026: we do not have to pay any rent for p1/p2/p3 or any shop/space once a Health and Safety Prohibition is in place.
Her post, 16 September 2026, 14:40. Read it in our archive.

21. “P2 £550 Rent for the lease given paid in full”

“P2 £550 Rent for the lease given paid in full”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive.

The record: Her own posts a fortnight earlier: “we do not have to pay any rent for p1/p2/p3” (16 September, archive); “I am not prepared to pay rent … Legally I do not have to pay any rent” (20 September, archive). The rent figure is right: £550 a month is £6,600 a year, the sum in the lease. “Paid in full” is her claim against her own statement that she stopped paying.

22. “Big Risca £500 paid in full”

“Big Risca £500 paid in full.”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive.

The record: The notice on the shutter at 68 Tredegar Street, Risca on 8 June 2026: “This property has been repossessed by the landlord due to non-payment of rent” (photograph and report).

23. “Aberbargoed £400? paid in full – as long as lease stated”

“Aberbargoed £400? paid in full – as long as lease stated. No rates due to size”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive.

The record: The lease, signed as a deed by “Ceri-Ann Ridsdale”, runs to 20 March 2032. The landlord’s agents re-entered on 30 November 2023: “the lease is hereby determined”. A county court judgment for £7,141, unsatisfied, was entered on 23 May 2024 against “CERI-ANN RIDSDALE T/AS JAYNE’S BABY BANK” (her signature on the lease; the judgment). On 5 January 2026 she said the landlord “had to pay us to leave our lease early” (archive).

Her post of 8 October 2026: Where it all started. Now we have over 8000 square foot of Baby Bank and Fundraising space! The haters forced us out of this little unit.
Her post, 8 October 2026, 08:21. Read it in our archive.

24. “The haters forced us out of this little unit”

“Where it all started…. Well it started in our driveway… The haters forced us out of this little unit and all they have done is make us known and pushed us and pushed us into bigger and better places.”

Her post, 8 October 2026, 08:21. Archive.

The record: Her first unit was Unit 35, Bowen Industrial Estate, Aberbargoed. What ended that tenancy was the landlord’s agents’ re-entry notice of 30 November 2023 (entry 23), not critics.

25. “Electricity and water paid in all”

“Electricity and water paid in all because we wouldn’t get an account anywhere else if we didn’t pay our bills.”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive.

The record: SSE Energy Solutions’ letter of 3 June 2026 shows an overdue balance of £5,013.63 on the Blackwood shop’s account, passed to a collection agency. The dossier records two SSE bills of over £5,000 on two shops.

26. “Blackwood £1200 paid up until 1 month before we left”

“Blackwood £1200 paid up until 1 month before we left … Rates paid.” And: “Blackwood is finished unfortunately. Glad we left when we did.”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive. Her post, 3 October 2026, 16:15. Archive.

The record: The same post repeats an allegation about the Blackwood landlord that she first made from an alias account in May 2026 and for which no evidence has ever been produced. The market’s manager publicly rebutted her account of leaving at the time (the Blackwood exit). What the files show at Blackwood is the SSE debt in entry 25.

27. “The council should … complete the compulsory purchase”

“I think the council should take it off then and complete the compulsory purchase.”

Her post, 7 October 2026, 01:40. Archive.

The record: No council document we hold mentions a compulsory purchase of either shop. Nothing from Torfaen Council refers to one.

28. “The council have served the landlords with numerous health and safety warnings”

“Hence why the council have served the landlords with numerous health and safety warnings” (8 October). “The council has ordered the landlords to fix the shops and renovate them to a rentable conditions before they re rent to anyone” (13 October).

Her post, 8 October 2026, 11:59. Archive. Her post, 13 October 2026, 23:01. Archive.

The record: One environmental-health prohibition, on 5b Crane Street in July 2026, was served on the landlord company as well. The fire notices, Prohibition on 3 March 2026 and then an Enforcement Notice, are under the Fire Safety Order and fall on the “responsible person”, which for a trading shop is the occupier. Torfaen’s four complaints about the premises were about the shop’s operation. “Numerous” is not on file.

Her post of 26 October 2026: We have been planning to leave for a while so glad in a way that the council stepped in. We were only giving p2 until Christmas.
Her post, 26 October 2026, 12:48. Read it in our archive.

29. “We have been planning to leave for a while”

“We have been planning to leave for a while so glad in a way that the council stepped in. We were only giving p2 until Christmas.”

Her post, 26 October 2026, 12:48. Archive.

The record: The landlord’s notice of 15 September recorded a term that had expired 324 days earlier. On 26 September, on video: “If I want to get back in, I’m going to go through the bloody holes in the roof” (transcript). 6 October: “legal tenants”. 8 October: “legally occupy for the next 28 days”. 13 October: “we are still there”. The council did not step in to end the tenancy; the landlord’s notice did. The council post she shared is about the town centre, not her shop.

Her post of 7 October 2026: Haters sound a but miffed! They really fell for the 'I want to live in P2 forever' bull I fed them.
Her post, 7 October 2026, 18:52. Read it in our archive.

30. “Bull I fed them”

“Haters sound a but miffed! They really fell for the ‘I want to live in P2 forever’ bull I fed them.” And on TikTok, 16 October: “We tricked them quite well, didn’t we?”

Her post, 7 October 2026, 18:52. Archive. TikTok, 16 October 2026, 16:58 (transcript).

The record: By her own account, she posts things she knows are untrue. We have no record to check this against. We note it for the other forty-nine entries.

31. Helper, then thief, in twelve days

11 October: “Thank you to P1 landlord and Ali and his team for removing and delivering more of the baby banks equiptment and stock today. Again dealing with the situation professionally.” 19 October: “Landlord has admitted to taking it and selling it for £500”. 23 October: “All stolen guys by the landlord with out permission”.

Her post, 11 October 2026, 14:26. Archive. Her post, 19 October 2026, 14:56. Archive. Her post, 23 October 2026, 06:36. Archive.

The record: The landlords’ notices gave a period for collection by appointment, after which uncollected goods may be dealt with; at Risca a clearance crew emptied the building when that period expired. No police finding of theft is on file. “Stolen” is her word.

32. “Assaulted numerous people”

“Unfortunately p2 landlord turned up assaulted numerous people and refused to give us our stock and equiptment! … Police have had to attend again.”

Her post, 11 October 2026, 14:26. Archive.

The record: Police did attend 6 Commercial Street on 11 October. They came because the landlords had found Raymond Derek Watkins inside the locked shop; they arrested him there and led him away in handcuffs. The landlord, who was present, says no one on his side assaulted anyone, and that he heard her on loudspeaker telling Watkins to say the landlord’s side had “grabbed him by the throat” (his account). Her post, written that afternoon, does not mention the arrest.

Her post of 15 September 2026: There is no one living in the baby bank. Sometimes we work really late.
Her post, 15 September 2026, 00:08. Read it in our archive.
Her post of 12 October 2026 listing what she will sue the landlords for, including: Putting a vulnerable homeless person on the street. All of which are criminal offences.
Her post, 12 October 2026, 08:22. Read it in our archive.

33. “Putting a vulnerable homeless person on the street”

Among the things she says the landlords did: “Putting a vulnerable homeless person on the street.”

Her post, 12 October 2026, 08:22. Archive.

The record: The person is Raymond Derek Watkins, and the post itself places him. It was written the morning after the landlords found him inside 6 Commercial Street and police arrested him there; it is her list of grievances about that day, and nobody else was put out of the shop. “Homeless and vulnerable” is the phrase she has used for him since the summer: on 4 August, defending him from critics, “someone now who is homeless and Vulnerable and giving up his time to help us” (archive); on 10 August, announcing his role, “our Homeless and Vulnerable Co ordinator who has been homeless themselves” (archive). On 13 September we reported that the “security” and homeless coordinator was Watkins, a convicted child sex offender, and that he was living at the shop (our report). Two days later she wrote: “There is no one living in the baby bank. Sometimes we work really late.” (archive). Four weeks after that, a landlord taking the shop back is, in her words, putting a homeless person on the street. Both cannot be true. Her own post settles which.

34. “All of which are criminal offences”

“Breach of tenancy … Interference with goods Act … No giving 24 hours notice … All of which are criminal offences . The list is endless.”

Her post, 12 October 2026, 08:22. Archive.

The record: Breach of tenancy, interference with goods and notice periods are civil matters. The list frames a landlord-and-tenant dispute as a string of crimes.

35. “It is a civil matter” (when reported); report them (when it suits)

8 October: “Can the haters stop calling the police … It is a civil matter.” 27 October: “We are going to ask our followers to make some complaints for us today please … Please can you report to:- Health and Saftey, Trading standards and South Wales fire this week please . State that the shops are still on prohibitions and the landlords are responsible”.

Her post, 8 October 2026, 11:59. Archive. Her post, 27 October 2026, 08:42. Archive.

The record: Police attended on 15 to 16 September, 6 October and 11 October. The 6 October call was the landlord’s. On 27 October she told her followers what to “state” to three regulators.

36. “The landlords are responsible for the prohibitions”

“As they are still on health and saftey and fire prohibitions and we are no longer the tenants the landlords are responsible for the prohibitions.” On video, 28 October: “the fire prohibition comes from us, it comes off us now, and goes on to them”.

Her post, 27 October 2026, 08:42. Archive. Facebook video, 28 October 2026 (transcript of the recording; video 1140293148895496).

The record: The fire Prohibition was served on 3 March 2026 while she traded there, for fire loading and escape routes. The fire service’s letter of 16 April says the Enforcement Notice requires “the responsible person” to complete remedial work. Who that is now is a question for the fire service. It does not make the original notice the landlord’s doing, which is what she asks her followers to state.

37. Four years, or three years ten months

“Thank you to all our customers in Pontypool for their support over the last 4 years” (26 October). “We have been there 3 years and 10months” (13 October).

Her post, 26 October 2026, 12:48. Archive. Her post, 13 October 2026, 23:01. Archive.

The record: The Pontypool shop opened on 19 January 2023 (her post that day): three years and nine months by October 2026. A small one, but two figures in a fortnight.

Rogerstone

38. Four floor areas in eleven days

“Now we have over 8000 square foot of Baby Bank and Fundraising space!” (8 October). “we now have over 7000 square feet in premises” (13 October, 23:01). “Donation centre 2 is 6200 square feet” (13 October, 12:02). “6000 plus square feet” (19 October).

Her post, 8 October 2026, 08:21. Archive. Her post, 13 October 2026, 12:02. Archive. Her post, 19 October 2026, 14:56. Archive.

The record: The letting agents’ brochure gives 6,200 sq ft (something big is coming). One of her four figures matches it.

39. “We have 5 years before we need a new home”

“1825 days countdown has began – we have 5 years before we need a new home!” (8 October). “we are only here for 5 years and then building then will be demolished” (21 October). On video, 13 October: “We need five years plus anyway … we’ve got a long leash here.”

Her post, 8 October 2026, 13:49. Archive. Her post, 21 October 2026, 15:56. Archive.

The record: The building’s owner is consulting now, from 7 October to 4 November 2026, on demolishing it for 17 flats. The council accepted the scheme in principle at pre-application stage on 13 August 2026, and the developer’s draft form describes the site as vacant (the demolition plan). We have seen no lease. “Five years” is her figure alone; on 15 September it was “5 years lease but no renewal as they have plans” (archive).

Her post of 19 October 2026: I havn't lost out- I've got everything I wanted. I will continue to get everything I want. 6000 plus square feet. Give it up Sherlock.
Her post, 19 October 2026, 14:56. Read it in our archive.

40. “Not what we wanted at all” / “everything I wanted”

13 October, on video: “It’s not where we wanted to be and it’s not what we wanted at all.” 19 October: “I havn’t lost out- I’ve got everything I wanted. I will continue to get everything I want.” 29 October: “now we have the right size venue”.

Facebook video, 13 October 2026 (transcript of the recording; video 2911309935894442). Her post, 19 October 2026, 14:56. Archive.

The record: Both are hers, six days apart.

41. Classrooms for hire, clubs for children, a café, a food bank

“Classrooms can be hired £25 an hour” (13 October). Lego and craft clubs for ages 4 to 14 (20 October). “New floor for our cafe. Think we will go with a Disney themed cafe!” (24 October). “Foodbank Fundraising Recycling and Donations Centre” (15 October).

Her post, 13 October 2026, 09:52. Archive. Her post, 20 October 2026, 15:54. Archive.

The record: Newport’s Environmental Health team told us on 8 October that the business was not registered with the council as a food business. Its planning officer said on 14 October that classes and children’s activities there need permission the council has no record of. We asked Care Inspectorate Wales on 7 October whether the children’s clubs need registering; the only reply so far is an acknowledgement.

42. “Mums can … go shopping in our shop”

“Mums can stay at each club or go shopping in our shop 🙂 or just have a coffee and read aa book – we don’t mind.” KS1, ages 4 to 6: “we would prefer you to stay on site”. KS2, 6 to 10. KS3, 10 to 14.

Her post, 20 October 2026, 15:54. Archive.

The record: Not a contradiction; the practical consequence of entries 5 and 9. Parents of children over six are told they may leave them. Our questions for parents are here.

43. Principality House, named at last

“Principality House Pye Corner Junction, Rogerstone, Newport NP10 9DT Free parking on the lane”

Her post, 27 October 2026, 08:28.

The record: The first time she names the building, three weeks after opening in it. Our report of 7 October, written before she had announced it, stands (does her new landlord know?).

The rest

A community hall with folding tables laid out with baby clothes and bin bags of donations on the floor: the first of seven photographs on her post of 5 October 2026.
The first of seven photographs on her post of 5 October 2026, “We are in Caerphilly today”. See it in our gallery.

44. “We are in Caerphilly today with another Baby Shower”

“We are in Caerphilly today with another Baby Shower and fundraising event 😍🍼🌎💚✅️”

Her post, 5 October 2026, 11:30. Archive.

The record: The Caerphilly shop at Pentrebane Street was recovered by its landlord on 6 May 2026. The photographs are of an earlier baby shower, at a hall she had used before. Nothing on her pages shows a Caerphilly event on 5 October 2026. It was posted as “today”.

45. “EXACTLY the same as any charity or CIC in the country”

“Money raised in our foodbank fundraising shops goes towards the running costs of the baby bank and any profit left goes towards nappies, baby formula and foodbanks … EXACTLY the same as any charity or CIC in the country.”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive.

The record: No accounts have been filed for the CIC, which is eleven months old. On 3 May 2026 she said accounts were “audited by and audited accountant which is submitted annually to companies House” (archive); nothing has been submitted. The only confirmed public money is £1,000 from Pontypool Community Council in November 2024. The same council’s committee found in February 2026 that it was “not the type of organisation that should receive funding” (reported here).

46. No wage, and £13 an hour

“Me and Dan decline to take a wage and work 7 full days a week for free” (3 October). “Paid positions” (7 October). On video, 29 October: “we were doing £13 an hour. So we can do £13.20 an hour … For paid positions.”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive. Facebook video, 29 October 2026 (transcript of the recording; video 1094959670083028).

The record: A question rather than a contradiction: nothing on file shows where £13 an hour would come from. In March 2026 she said the clubs were ones “we have had funding for” (archive). The only funding decision on file for 2026 is the refusal in entry 45.

47. “P1 rent £400 – paid in full and a bit over for 3 years”

“P1 rent £400 – paid in full and a bit over for 3 years”

Her post, 3 October 2026, 19:22. Archive.

The record: The 2023 lease for 5 Crane Street gives £4,800 a year, £400 a month, so the figure is right. “Paid in full” is unverified. What is on file is the landlord company’s possession notice of 15 August 2026 and her own 16 September statement that she did not have to pay rent for “p1/p2/p3”.

48. “Clearly we were not the problem”

“For months we have been targeted as ‘the problem’, clearly we were not the problem … We were one of the biggest advocates for Pontypool Town for families to visit.”

Her post, 26 October 2026, 12:48. Archive.

The record: Torfaen’s Food and Health Protection team had four complaints “regarding these premises” and was still investigating in April 2026. A Trading Standards officer in July 2025 asked for a poster “claiming to be a charity” to be removed and found a room “waist high with goods with no way of accessing the exit”. The fire service prohibited the shop on 3 March 2026. On 7 October 2026 Torfaen’s Environmental Health team told us it was investigating a suspected altered Prohibition Notice: an investigation, not a finding.

49. “Stolen by [a local charity]”

“obviously our rails and boards were stolen by [a local charity] to display the baby clothes”

Her post, 22 October 2026, 13:30. Archive.

The record: Nothing on file supports it. It is the charity she has been accusing since August, when she wrote that it was “accusing us of having a peado in the baby bank” (archive). We have not named it.

50. “Why do they want me quiet”

“Why do they want me quiet 🤫 Why do they want me gone” (29 October). And a clip she posted twice: “why are they trying to silence me”.

Her post, 29 October 2026, 08:13. Archive.

The record: In October alone she posted or spoke 253 times. She answered this site by name three times on 29 October. Nobody on file has asked her to stop posting. The sixteen regulators and public bodies whose letters we hold ask only that she stop claiming their support (nine NHS bodies; dossier, section 02).

For balance, and so nobody overreaches:
    • £550 a month for 6 Commercial Street and £400 a month for 5 Crane Street match the leases.
    • 6,200 sq ft matches the agents’ brochure. It is her three other figures that do not.
    • An environmental-health prohibition on 5b Crane Street was served on the landlord company too, so “the council has ordered the landlords to fix” is partly true for that unit.
    • “Trademarked”: UK00003910000 is registered. And her 19 October poster gives the CIC number correctly.
    • “I was let go by the police” on 6 October matches what witnesses saw.
    • The building at Rogerstone is to be demolished. The owner’s plan says so, on the owner’s timetable, not hers.
