I noted on her latest video, she is opening boxes and boxes of Christmas items which she says have been donated by a family and it is clearly written on the boxes ‘charity ‘ I wonder if the donors are aware that she most definitely is not a charity! I wonder what lies she has spun them.

I wonder why she uses Kik though,isn’t that a messaging site often used by peadophiles to sexually exploit and abuse children and to share images amongst peadophiles? She appears to have some sort of interest in children, and vulnerable mothers often with additional needs and learning disabilities. On 6th August 2025, Carrie-Anne publicly shared a video in which she alleged that a box of items had been left outside her shop. During the live broadcast on Facebook, she displayed one of the items – which included an address – identifying it as belonging to a local resident, whom we shall refer to as CK. CK is an 80-year-old disabled woman.
It has since come to our attention that CK has been subjected to abuse following the publication of this video. It is important to clarify that she no longer resides at the address shown, and had paid Royal Mail to have all her post redirected to her new home.
Do the items in the video appear to belong to an 80-year-old woman? Absolutely not. It seems that the new tenants may have discarded the items, which somehow ended up outside the so-called “baby bank” or “donation centre.”
Those close to CK feel strongly that if Jayne’s Baby Bank were a professional organisation, they would have attempted to contact either CK herself or someone on her behalf to resolve the situation appropriately. Instead, Carrie-Anne once again resorted to her usual behaviour on Facebook – seemingly stirring up drama to generate attention and income for herself.
We have also been informed that Carrie-Anne has threatened CK with a bill for fly-tipping. This is unacceptable. CK does not deserve the stress and distress this has caused, and we hope this message contributes towards clearing her name and relieving some of the pressure she is currently facing.

This particular incident could seriously impact upon the accused ladies health and well-being.
Absolutely shocking?
It depends on how one views it. She hasn’t exactly “gotten away with it” in terms of remaining unidentified, as her childhood friends, birth certificates, tenancy agreements, personal email address, and a host of other documents clearly confirm her real name is Carrie-Anne Ridsdale.
If we consider it from the public’s perspective-seeking accountability-then yes, she has so far managed to avoid consequences, at least in terms of not yet facing prosecution.
There have, however, been occasions over the past two years where she has not got away with it, such as when items were confiscated from her property-for instance, the unauthorised distribution of certain anti-opioid medication as being one example. Yet the public remains largely unaware of these incidents, owing to her persistent stream of lies and tendency to shift the blame onto anyone but herself.
As for the unlicensed gambling, the authorities are aware and have contacted me about it previously, so we can say with absolute certainty that it has been investigated. Anything beyond that, however, is outside my remit. I’ve also amended my original comment regarding the sharing of letters.

If everyone who has been bullied, abused and ridiculed by this evil woman reported her to all the relevant authorities then surely they have to act. As I’ve previously said she is a law unto herself and I am so shocked that nothing has been done to stop her evil ways. Are the local councils, ie Caerphilly County Borough and Torfaen Council and her landlords aware of her false identity?
Council members went to her residence seeking clarity, but she ultimately had them arrested based on false claims. I’m aware that CCBC has been in contact with other businesses and several ventures in and around JBB and their associated operations. However, in terms of prosecution or public acknowledgment, the most tangible evidence we currently have is email correspondence from various CCBC departments-such as Social Services-sent directly to me. I have additional information to share in the coming weeks, but I’m waiting for certain formalities to be completed.

The local councils are well aware of her and her activities. You can read some of the documentation from Caerphilly County Borough Council (CCBC) directly via Carrie-Anne herself. We recommend pausing any videos to examine the documents closely, rather than relying solely on her interpretation. The content of the documents she presents often does not align with her commentary, further demonstrating her tendency to deflect wherever possible.
