I just want to remind people that Peter was dismissed due to theft, upsetting staff, and making a mess and not working. He is currently still waffling on in Weatherspoons about us. He has been previously issued with a cease and desist – can you remind him WHY he was dismissed and he has recieved a legal cease and desist. He is one of the reasons we brought in card payment only. Between Lauren, him and Jude and Steve and Mathew Steve’s father. Other staff also gave witness statements against these individuals which we are greatful for . Peter robbed cash from till and stock. Also gave items to his mates who would come in. He refused to use the card machine and even went so far to unplugging wifi to say it was broken. In the end we had to baby sit him until we had to evidence and opportunity to sack him . Another member of staff witness the thefts and gave evidence. He also used false details for DBS and lied about being in prison. There were issues with female staff feeling uncomfortable and he made a right mess in the shops and the kitchen area. Police are fully aware of what has happened and his continuing behaviours. Not the first shop he has done this apparently. We were very upset over this because we class our volunteers as friends. Hengoed /Blackwood area. Approx £5000 in cash and stock stolen. Witness by another member of staff who was a vulnerable adult and coheresed. Not to be about vulnerable people. This was also reported to police.

It’s like being in school with a bunch of mean girls. We are aware that they are running a group chat with my details on and how they are going to plan and scheme and plot against us next.
