It is unfortunate to note the significant rise in attacks directed at individuals associated with Jaynes Baby Bank by Carrie-Anne Ridsdale (who goes by the alias Jayne Price) in recent times. Former staff, customers, and even bystanders have become targets of her relentless efforts to silence anyone who opposes her widespread scam, deeply rooted in the South Wales Valleys.
To highlight Carrie-Anne’s behavior, we’ve compiled a brief excerpt of recent abuse directed at her “enemies” by Miss Ridsdale.

I just want to remind people that Peter was dismissed due to theft, upsetting staff, and making a mess and not working. He is currently still waffling on in Weatherspoons about us. He has been previously issued with a cease and desist – can you remind him WHY he was dismissed and he has recieved a legal cease and desist. He is one of the reasons we brought in card payment only. Between Lauren, him and Jude and Steve and Mathew Steve’s father. Other staff also gave witness statements against these individuals which we are greatful for .
Peter robbed cash from till and stock. Also gave items to his mates who would come in. He refused to use the card machine and even went so far to unplugging wifi to say it was broken. In the end we had to baby sit him until we had to evidence and opportunity to sack him . Another member of staff witness the thefts and gave evidence. He also used false details for DBS and lied about being in prison. There were issues with female staff feeling uncomfortable and he made a right mess in the shops and the kitchen area. Police are fully aware of what has happened and his continuing behaviours. Not the first shop he has done this apparently. We were very upset over this because we class our volunteers as friends. Hengoed /Blackwood area. Approx £5000 in cash and stock stolen. Witness by another member of staff who was a vulnerable adult and coheresed. Not to be about vulnerable people. This was also reported to police.

We have an harrassment update. This individual and her husband/partner who I have never met- who is friends with hct hayley Thomas & friends with Tara holloway RCV/pantri/snug/coronavirus Wales /Community volunteers Wales charity, has admitted to one of our past volunteers that she and her husband are the ones controlling the malicious website. It’s like being in school with a bunch of mean girls. We are aware that they are running a group chat with my details on and how they are going to plan and scheme and plot against us next. I am offering £1000 to anyone in that group chat to screen shot the messages and the members. That personal details will not be passed to the police if you are in the group chat.
Info has been passed to the police and the council. Scents 4 homes and Natalie’s scents is not a registered business or registered with hmrc. We are a not for profit business and have been authorised to trade for 5 years under 3 different councils.
Victim 4 unfortunately became a target after publicly stating that the baby bank was, in their view, a scam—prompting Carrie-Anne Ridsdale to escalate her aggressive campaign against both the individual and their business. During a livestream, Jaynes Baby Bank falsely claims this person is responsible for a particular website (see transcript), and later, at the 2:15 mark in the following video (see transcript), the individual is repeatedly referred to as a “bitch.”

Anyone else have any stories about this individual that takes it upon herself to slander us and cause misery where ever she goes by the sounds of it. I was always taught growing up, don’t throw stones and glass houses and , let he be without shame cast the first the stone. Time you wound your neck in I think lovely girl as this has back fired on you. I can rebrand, rebarand, rebrand all day long and people will still support the baby bank because they know the work we do, they know we are breaking the mould on how foodbanks and charities operate. What do you do to help people?! Not a lot other than take their money for wax melts you havnt even declared to hmrc. We are authorised by 3 councils to trade and operate in Wales. Even in cases where a static IP is in use, it does not disclose a precise home address. At most, it can reveal a general geographic area, and even that isn’t guaranteed. This suggests Miss Ridsdale lacks a clear understanding of how IP address assignments work and, as a result, is once again misleading her audience—this time while publicly targeting and attempting to shame a mother.
It’s also important to note that many users rely on VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) that actively mask IP addresses. Depending on the provider’s logging policies, there may be no identifiable data retained—meaning even with a court order, there may be nothing to disclose.
If you’re curious, you can run a simple IP lookup test yourself and see just how limited the available information truly is.
In closing:
“Jayne Price” frequently slips up by referring to her business as a “charity shop”—a title she no longer claims—often correcting herself mid-sentence to instead call it a second-hand or antiques store. Despite claiming to support mothers, she routinely uses her platform to dox them and fabricate allegations, even when they have no connection to any websites in question. Miss Ridsdale has even alleged the existence of a WhatsApp group aimed at targeting her over the website, offering a £1,000 reward to anyone who names individuals involved—promising no police involvement. For someone who claims to be devoted to clothing children, her financial priorities seem questionable, especially given her past use of over £1,000 in charity funds to purchase a castle. (source).

Ms Ridsdale is slowly sealing her own fate. She is nothing but a bully and this is showing for all to see in her videos. The authorities are closing in her as she will soon find out. She thinks she is above the law, but she will certainly find out she isn’t!
She bangs on about people saying she’s money laundering and gives her pathetic laugh and says we’re card only. She uses a Sumup card machine which anyone can get and the money goes direct to your personal account. If she would care to prove otherwise then her and her ‘Trustees’ should publish the finances of the Charity, oops sorry fundraising shop, or vintage store or whatever she decides to call them!
If she is not a charity, then is she registered with the Fundraising Regulator?

Can the person behind this website please contact me on the email provided. Apparently it’s me, according to Jayne’s Baby Bank and she is slandering me all over Facebook. I’m sat patiently waiting for the police to knock my door for harassment and running a malicious website! If only I was this tech savvy I’d have my own website for my business and would be a limited company rather than being self employed. The lies this lady tells are delusional. Not a single thing she says is the truth and that can be proven. It’s actually made up in her head. I’ve not had any contact with her in over a year neither have she entered my mind. All I did was ask what her charity number was because she is claiming to be one and isn’t a registered charity her behaviour and conduct is not what would be expected from a director of a so called charity. Her defensive behaviour and her malicious lies tells me and 100s of other members of the public that she is in fact a scammer and committing serious fraud. Making others out to be a villain in her story so she can continue to defraud the public. She prays on the most vulnerable in society to gain more followers, more donations and more money in her pocket. She isn’t registered because she knows if she’s registered she has to show where all the money goes.
I can’t contact her on Facebook because anyone that dares to call her out and tells the truth is blocked and slandered all over social media. So I’m hoping she can publicly answer these questions to her 72k followers. All of whom will be haters the minute it’s proven what your doing.
