In our ever-expanding venture of proving that “Jayne’s Baby Bank” is a fraudulent endeavour, we recently reached out to Caerphilly County Borough Council regarding her claim of being supported and registered as a food bank, as stated by “Jayne” herself in numerous Facebook posts, examples: [1] – [2].

We were fortunate enough to receive 100% confirmation directly from the Senior Duty Officer of Caerphilly Cares that they do not support her.

What is Caerphilly Cares?

Caerphilly Cares is a service provided by Caerphilly County Borough Council to support residents within the borough. It offers assistance to individuals and families facing various challenges, including financial difficulties, social isolation, and mental health issues. The service aims to connect people with the resources and support they need to improve their wellbeing and quality of life.

  • Foodbank: Referrals can be made immediately, via the Caerphilly Cares Gateway, to support someone in urgent need of food and other household essentials.

The CCBC has a dedicated webpage that can be found here. They endorse the Trussell Trust foodbank system, which allows you to search for all registered and official foodbanks within a local area. We also contacted the local Gambling Commission and received a positive response. However, it is not advisable to use a small society lottery registration at a premises from which you have been evicted in counties outside the borough.

Expect more public disclosures from us soon.
