It's hard work, isn't it?
So you're fighting a constant battle every day of people nicking stuff, pulling navels off, writing comments about you.
I think she slung her up, that girl, haven't she?
She shut her account down and everything.
The thing is, you know, you've got to be perfect today to be able to pull somebody else about, don't you?
And by no means am I perfect, and by no means do I handle everything as well as I could handle things.
You know, but we're going through a lot every day.
And then to have that individual now, who is allegedly the one who is uploading stuff to the website, she has told one of my previous volunteers that her husband set up the website.
But people are saying to me she hasn't got a partner and she hasn't got a husband because nobody wants her.
These are the messages I'm getting back and forth, which I'm not surprised if she behaves like this.
But she is instrumental and she does know HCT and she does know the Risca group as well.
So she originally was a volunteer for them, I believe.
So she does know them and they're all in it together and they've all got this group chat together.
Oh, how can we take her down next?
How can we do that?
You're not taking us down.
All you're doing is making us famous.
You know, how much am I going to get paid?
I'll have a look if I remember how much we get paid for the videos I've put up about you because I get paid by Facebook because you made us Facebook famous.
You know, so all that money comes in.
Now, I could keep that money because I'm an influencer in my own right, but I don't.
I give it to the baby bank.
If that pays a pack of pull ups or a pack of nappies, that pays for that.
That's the way I look at it.
But you know, you need to wake up and every single one of you we've found and we've ratted out.
Yeah.
And you'll be made to look like a laugh in stock.
So why don't you just give it up, guys, because it doesn't matter.
I could rebrand tomorrow.
I could call myself something else tomorrow.
I could do something else tomorrow.
A different name, different logo.
People had still come here shopping because people like us.
They like our volunteers.
They come in.
They they like the stuff that we have.
I mean, people have said to me today and, you know, in Ponty Pool, the stuff, some of the stuff you have in is stunning.
It is.
We get the best donations.
People bring it to us first.
You know, some of these other charity shops have got signs up, desperate for donations.
We're not.
We're falling over them, literally.
So, you know, you and your little army of spiteful middle aged women that have never grown up in school and not going to take us down.
You know, if the council wanted to shut us down, they'd have done it by now.
If the police wanted to take us down, they'd have done it by now.
If trading standards wanted to take us down, they'd have done it by now.
They've got the powers to shut our shop and tell us, no, you can't trade.
They haven't bothered.
Three different councils, Torfaen, Blaenau, Gwent and Caerphilly.
None of them have shut us down because guess what?
We're not doing anything illegal.
We're actually benefiting the community and benefiting the environment by recycling.
So I think it's time now you learned because we've got your address because you put it online yourself.
So we've got your IP address so the police know exactly where you are now.
Right?
Because I was going to drive up there and look for your house on the one of your live videos.
And then my other volunteer said, oh, you don't need to.
She's dull enough to put her address online.
So we've got you now, bang to rights.
So give it up.
Delete your website.
I'm still going for prosecution of it.
You'll have to delete it anyway, eventually, because the police will come in and seize all your devices.
You know, the police don't care about axe murderers and all the rest is going on.
They like these little cases like this.
They like these little social media cases because all the evidence is there in black and white.
It's all backed up on your computers.
They like these little office job ones.
These are nice, these are.
So they will pursue this.
And you're just making a fool of yourself.
All you've done is make us more and more famous.
I had a lady who came in.
She's bought three bags of donations and lovely stuff.
And she said, I was looking online for your opening times.
I found all this awful stuff about you.
She said, and I'm going to bring in the three bags of stuff.
I'm going to come and see for myself.
And she bought three bags of stuff.
What did you achieve?
Nothing.
We've got a new donator and a new customer and a new follower.
And it was all lovely stuff.
What did you achieve with your website today?
Nothing other than us a new follower and a new customer.
You know, you've got too much time on your hands.
You could go back to work, couldn't you really?
Because I bet you don't work.
I bet you sit in the house making wax melts, slagging people off on the internet, not declaring that extra income to HMRC while having a go at me saying I'm doing something wrong.
When I'm raising funds for families in the community and not taking a penny myself.
And when I'm at death's door.
Because I'm not well.
I haven't even brushed my hair today.
Sorry other state I look at sometimes when you come in the shops.
I do look rough.
Sometimes I make an effort and other days I physically can't because I'm so ill.
You know, but thank you for putting up with the state of me.
But you're sat in the house, fannying around with your wax melts, charging people from.
Not paying your taxes, claiming benefits because we've researched this information about you.
While I'm you're unwell trying to help families.
I'm not well today.
I've come up here, I've priced the books because that's a massive fundraising opportunity for us there.
And I'm exhausted.
I've sat here all day and I'm absolutely exhausted because I'm not well.
I'm having more blood tests.
They're testing me now for Crohn's disease, celiac disease.
I'm not well on top of everything else.
But you're out there making up fake websites about people.
Other mothers, other women.
It's not cool.
It's not sexy.
It's not pretty.
Middle women that are doing things that help other women.
It's not cool.
It's not pretty.
It's not sexy.
Right?
Makes you look really, really bad.
That's what it does.
And the other guy that came in today was like, Oh, I got loads of stuff I could bring down loads of stuff for the children.
That's another customer we got.
You know, another customer, another donator we got.
You're not achieving anything other than making yourself look ridiculous.
Because 99.9% of the public out there, right, support us.
So I suggest you get our website down offline.
And I wouldn't even bother making a public apology because I'm going for full conviction.
And I'm going for full prosecution.
And I'm going for damages as well.
And that's not just you.
Because I got links via my information that I've received of the council.
That HCT are involved.
Yeah, I'm going for full damages of your charities as well.
I'm already in contact with the Charity Commission.
But I started this.
I started this to show you all up and show people exactly how you behave.
So well done, because you walk straight into my trap.
Because you're out there, you want the monopoly on everything.
You want all the food collections, all the clothes collections, you want all of this guy, this collect, that collection, this collect, sleeping bags, this, this, this, this.
You want all the collections.
What are you actually giving back to the community?
Because I don't see a lot of it given back.
We document everything.
We've given this out for free.
We've given that out for free.
We've done that for free.
What are you actually doing with all of this revenue and all of this monopoly that you want to get?
Where is it actually going?
Because I don't see it helping anybody.
Only your friends, only your mates.
That's why I see it helping.
But you walk straight into it, all of it.
You walked right in to what I set up for you and all you've done.
Because like I said, I was quite happy to do this off my drive and be anonymous.
That's all I wanted.
I wasn't well enough to be running all these shops.
And look where you've catapulted us to.
We're being paid by social media.
We're being paid by Facebook, one of the biggest companies in the world.
We're being paid by Facebook to talk shit about you online after you've tried to take us down.
That's a cushy little number isn't it for us?
You fools, you really are.
Anyway guys, thank you for your custom.
Thank you for your following.
Thank you for your support.
Thank you to the haters for making us famous now that we get paid on social media.
And yeah, I could do with some more customers.
I need more footfall.
I need more people in because more people are mystery bags.
And we're just running out of time.
There's not enough hours in the day for us to do stuff.
And it's the same with the other volunteers.
They're running out of time to actually give us now.
Because everybody's working flat out 24-7 to help families and everybody else in the community.
And like I said, if you're unsure, pop in.
Do a day with us.
See how you feel.
See how many people get helped in a day.
So I'll see you after guys.
