Oh, look at the tree table.

Wow, isn't it lovely?

Fantastic.

We've shown some Christmas.

It's going to go, I think it's going to go.

We're all going to go Christmas mad.

Right, so we have misplaced Kevin, a reborn doll, and some comics.

If anybody finds them in the shop, or on Facebook for sale, or something, can you let me know?

Because I say misplaced, I'd like to think we've misplaced them, but we had somebody in volunteering, and we think they've nicked them.

Unfortunately, they were passed them to put somewhere safe, and they're not in the safe location, and we can't find them in any other location.

And obviously, they're high value items in there, and we can't find them anywhere, and they haven't come back to work.

So, you know, I'm reeling it.

I have looked on the CCTV, but I can't, I just, I can't.

We've got so many donations in the moment, I can't see where they've put them.

So, if you're around the shop and you find Kev, our reborn doll, that needed adopting, can you let me know?

The volunteers have been looking.

They've been looking for a week and a half, maybe even two weeks now, and they can't find it anywhere.

And these are probably about ten comic books as well.

The individual was told to put them in a safe place, and they haven't done them.

And obviously, we've checked as many locations as we can get into, and we can't find them.

So, before I pass it on to the police, I'm going to give it another week to see if they turn up.

Because the customers will be looking for them now, and if not, I'll pass it on to the police then.

Thank you to the witnesses come forward about the Sherlock website.

I do appreciate that.

A lot.

More than you think I do.

I do appreciate it.

Thank you.

So, the police have got your phone number, they'll give you a ring, and you've obviously agreed to speak to them.

So, thank you for that.

Thank you to the family that came down from Essex today to meet us and to come into the baby bank.

I'm glad I was here today now.

That was brilliant, that was.

Thank you ever so much.

If you're travelling, guys, let us know.

Because, like, you know, if you're coming in to see us especially, we'll have a big banner out.

Any excuse for a tea party, are we?

Get some cakes in, donuts, any excuse?

A mother lost shoes for her little one.

And she was just looking for shoes.

So, I chucked out a basket of shoes to her.

She only had... they were going to the park, they were.

So, he wouldn't be able to play.

He loved them.

So, anyway, we've given her the shoes.

But then she came back in and she bought this box.

It's stunning.

She didn't buy this one, but she bought a Teddy Nutcracker.

Look at this.

It's beautiful.

I love him.

I love him.

He's my friend.

I love him.

I don't want to sell him.

Oh, he's lovely, isn't he?

Isn't he lovely?

Look at these.

Absolutely lovely.

Absolutely lovely.

Right.

So, the other thing is, I can't get up to the Tesco bins to clean them up, guys, right?

So, usually, my staff, for at least 18 months, maybe even 2 years, has been cleaning up the Tesco bins from the bin nippers.

I can't get up there to clean them up.

I'm up to my neck, guys.

I can't.

I can't give up an hour to go and clean up the bins and wash all the stuff.

Because there's another hour or two washing and drying the stuff, and the weather looks like it's going to rain out there.

And I'm just exhausted.

I'm not well.

I'm waiting on a CT scan.

I'm not well.

So, if somebody else could clean it up, or if you want to bring them down and I can put them through the wash, that's not a problem.

But, you know, the charities are earning enough.

They need to put another set of bins on.

That's what they need to do.

So that there's no clothes or anything left outside the bins.

But they were behind there today and I couldn't leave because I had two new starters in.

And they were good.

They were good today.

Well done, girls.

So I couldn't go up there to go and challenge them and make them pick it all up like I usually do.

So, I need somebody else.

Well, I don't need somebody else.

It's up to you, isn't it?

Oh, this is what that lady bought.

Oh, I love her.

I love her.

So yeah, I just can't do it, guys.

I'm really sorry.

It's going to go wet and it's going to go wreck.

I physically can't do it.

Okay, I'm exhausted as it is.

I was hoping to stay tonight to get the stock price.

But I don't even know if I can.

I might have to go home, to be honest.

So the other thing I wanted to mention was that we are the designated collectors of many charity shops and cash for clothes bins.

We have certain times that we pick up every day of the week, once a week, one-offs, usually turn into two or three-offs.

And then the overflows from the certain banks.

I'm not going to name where because I don't need to.

I've got that agreement with quite a few charity shops now and other places and businesses.

We've even had stuff from Caerphilly Catering before now because they couldn't get the stuff out, the more I view.

I think I'm going to go home, guys.

That's how I feel.

The weather's gone a bit horrible, hasn't it?

Tomorrow's supposed to be really hot but the weather has gone a bit awful.

I was looking for my phone then.

I'm on it.

So I think I'm going to go home.

I just can't pick anything up at the bins.

I can't clean it.

I'm really sorry.

It's going to be a mess.

I feel bad about it because we've got the facility to wash and dry.

Well, not dry but we stick it up there.

But can I also remind people that we are authorised to pick up...

So if bags have been left out for us, please do not pull the bags open and make a mess and take things out.

Because it isn't your property.

We are designated collectors in lots of places.

Lots of places.

Caerphilly, Torfaen and Blaenau Gwent we pick up and Newport.

So please don't take the stuff out of the bags for yourselves because that is actually stealing by finding and you can actually get them for it.

Our staff, the shops know our staff.

They know me, they know Dan, they know Chloe, they know Sammy, they know everybody.

So they know who is going to pick up.

So on their CCTV, if other people are picking up, obviously they can report that then as stealing.

Or we could, either way.

I appreciate that people don't want stuff thrown in the bin.

I do appreciate it.

But some people don't just pick up a pillow case or a pillow or something or other.

They run sack it and make a mess.

And the whole point in us picking up after such and such a time is to prevent the mess and the damage to the donations outside the other charity shop.

So that is the whole idea we've signed up to do it.

So if people are rummaging through it then obviously it's going to get damaged, it's going to get broke.

And if you've done it and somebody else has seen it, somebody else is going to come along and do it.

So I think I'm going to go home guys because the weather, it's going to rain.

It's a bit, the end is nigh.

But tomorrow is supposed to be really hot.

So I think I'll go home, I'll have a bath, have some dinner.

See the cats.

And then, oh, I had to get hold of my dad today because he had sprayed the bauble hanger, the bauble tree.

So I said to him, right, come on, spray my bauble tree because we need to get these baubles hung up.

We've got tons of them.

So I think I'll see you tomorrow.

Thank you to our customers today.

We've had good sales.

Brilliant.

Thank you very much.
