Oh, morning guys.

It's just started to tip down.

That's a bummer, isn't it?

Absolute bummer.

So...

The tables look lovelier.

Eddie's going to paint them now for us.

Told you to go wacky with the colours so they really stand out.

It's just started raining so it's a bit disappointing.

Oh, 3,000 piece jigsaw.

How big is that?

Most of our shoes are reduced to a pound because we've had a load more in.

And these ones have been in a while now so we've taken them down to a pound.

Mostly a pound of children's.

Oh, they're nice, aren't they?

Those sparkly ones.

But they're lovely.

Because we've got 10.

As you know, we've got tons and tons of everything.

The pound shop is open.

We've got some at the top there.

Put some of the pictures up so they don't get damaged.

We've got some by here they've got to go up.

This looks like donations to work.

Dave, your unicycle have arrived.

Sorry it's taken so long.

We've got filed.

I've got to get some stuff out now.

Oh, we need this picked up, guys.

We need it picked up or I'm going to have to put it back out for sale.

Oh, gosh.

I've got to get some stuff out.

We've got a bit of room in here.

Oh, somebody's dumped two mattresses over there, guys.

Before anybody dives on it and says it's ass.

It's not ass.

And we don't take mattresses.

Whose mattresses are they?

We're going to be on CCTV if we've dumped them by there as well.

I know that, don't I?

Because the CCTV covers the whole town.

Because a few times we've had problems and the police have gone, hang on, let us log in to the CCTV and they can see what's going on and move the camera around.

So you'll be on CCTV for flight up in there.

Don't forget we've also reduced some of our records because I've got a couple of record shops that we know are closing down and they've offered us their records once they've gone through and decided what they're going to keep.

Some of them are packing up the business altogether, keeping what they want to keep and then some are going to sell some online and then the rest of them we're having.

So we will be having more records.

So we've gone through these are the ones that I feel have been here a while.

So they're all going to be a pound, right?

We've got a table that's come in.

We've got to put it on so we can wheel them in and out because it's easier to lock then.

And then we've got to get the bear in the window.

I've got another bouncer that could go up there I've just seen as well just to get it up out of the way.

There's another car seat we've got.

Take everything out of the window now, get the bear in and then try and do it like a teddy bear window for me.

That's what I'd like is all the teddies in there best we can.

They don't have to be teddy bears they can be other bears but if we can try and teddify it I'd like that.

Get the action figures out.

They've been in there for a while and they sell really well.

I'm going to go and climb in there then.

Gaps on that shelf, I can see it.

We've got a couple of gaps here.

Not many but we've got a couple.

Right.

Volunteers.

So volunteers.

If you have volunteers in they need to be workers.

We've said this before, you need to be a worker if you're here.

There's so much to do.

That also goes with the under 18s as well.

They've got to be workers.

I can't have them if they're not following simple instructions.

Health and safety instructions.

We'll give them two to three weeks because they've never worked and then if they don't conform then they've got to go.

It's as simple as that.

Don't send them in if you know they're not going to listen, they know they're not going to work and you know they're going to be cheeky to staff.

Because we would just send them straight home.

We had somebody this week that's been giving bags of stuff to work.

Them worked them and they've shoved them under the rack in.

Shoved them under the clothes and we've had to pull them all back out.

Then they were told to work other bags and they didn't.

They just bagged them up for washing.

So we were like, well you've got 15 bags of washing.

There's something all right there.

Open them back up.

Go through them again and they showed off and then they took the stuff under the rack in, threw the stuff in the back room, didn't want to do the work.

So if they're not going to do the work, there's no point in being in here.

We're not here to babysit under 18s that are not prepared to muck in and do some work.

We're here to learn how to work in a situation like this and volunteer and help people.

There's not a lot we can do.

We can't force them.

So there's no point in being here if...

I think that's a one of a kind.

So we're going to have to check that because we looked at that artist and they did one of a kind.

That was one of the under 18s that found that.

About that artist.

So I think that's a one of a kind.

So I'm going to have to regrade that one.

But yeah, if they're not going to work

then unfortunately they can't come in.

Oh, that's cool.

A unicorn pug.

Unfortunately we can't have them in here because we've got too much to do and they're creating work for us but they're also making our business look bad if they've got bad behaviour.

Especially out the front of the shops, you know.

We have to speak to someone this week.

And the other thing is they can't be bringing their friends over.

Their friends can come in and see where they work and then they can shop.

That's fine.

That's not a problem.

But what they can't do is be bringing their friends in to just sit around all day.

Either.

If their friends want to volunteer they can go through the volunteer channels.

That's not a problem.

And we've had some that have come and they've been good volunteers.

But what we can't have is people who are just, you know, bringing people in and they're just sat there and they're not doing anything.

You know, we're very, very busy.

We've got stuff to do.

I'm willing to work with people and to work.

We're willing to work and teach people but not if they're not going to work in general.

Or create more work for us.

Or create massive problems, you know.

I'm not...

I'm not taking care of you.

Oh look, my side's up.

Looks good.

Looks lovely, doesn't it?

I like it.

Fabulous.

I don't think it's straight though, Daniel.

But yeah, it looks good.

Fair play.

Looks lovely.
