Alright, guys, I've about come to the high street, I've about nipped to the bank, but Thursday afternoon, I'm dead for Thursday afternoon.

I thought I'd do a quick recce in a couple of days.

Oh, there they are.

I don't remember them giving us that saw on the way.

Maybe they think they were delivering blood.

Maybe one of the next to go.

Right, so I thought I'd just do a quick recce of the other charity shops and see how they're doing as well on this high street before we commit to anything on here.

Oh, he's cute.

Oh, he's off sale.

Oh, he's cute.

I thought I'd just have a quick look.

Oh, they're quite empty.

For this time of day, just before mothers pick up and drop off.

They've got five minutes of running a charity shop.

They look quite empty over there as well, don't they?

A lady said to me, see, when I went to look at another shop, and she put me off it.

This was a while before this kicked off.

She says, you know, this is a day in high street.

And I said, no, no, this is not bad.

I said, I'm on quieter high streets than this and do really well.

And she said, no, I'm out, I'm done.

And then we didn't take our shop on and, you know, this was before any of this.

But I think she's right because if she's been sat on the high street and she's seen this not busy, you know, maybe she is right.

But there isn't that many people about today, is there?

And some of them, I've already seen more coming down before I started doing the filming.

So,

it does make you think a little bit, doesn't it?

Is it a day in high street?

I mean, I'm not surprised with some of the business rates, mind.

You can't, you couldn't be a business today and make money.

That's for sure.

You know, you couldn't.

Like, it makes me laugh when they say that we're making millions of pounds and I'm stealing all the money.

I just think, oh, well, if you're having a laugh, like you think we're making millions of pounds.

You know.

I don't know, guys, what do you think?

Mornings are obviously busy.

That's when people come.

But I remember when you can move on this high street for pedestrians, like, you know, shoppers.
