I'm just doing some pricing now.

I'm waiting on the gang.

Waiting on the gang because we're going out, black with team, because they helped just move the shop.

Like I said, any other shop, I'd have left it there.

Probably filled it up a bit more and said to the landlord, right, there you are, there's the keys for, I'm off.

Especially if they were horrible to me.

Yeah, so we've had two negative comments again today.

To be honest, I think this is going to be the very last time I address this now.

Sorry, somebody messaged me and I was trying to have a look.

Yeah, they are nice units by Seansbury's.

We like that one.

Yeah, I think this is going to be the very last time I address this now because I'm getting sick to the back teeth of it now.

We've had one, we've had four people kick off.

One that was helped with a massive food bank at Christmas time about a painting that's already been, you know, we've had it for a while because it was at Blackwood Shop.

And it's already been appraised and it's been on the wall at Blackwood Shop and everybody knows how much it was and something else, you know, and it says on there it's been appraised and that's how much it is.

And I'd take offers, you know, within a certain price range.

And, you know, what difference does it make if I make 20p, £20, £2,000 for the baby bank because it all goes back into the baby bank.

So it all helps mothers.

So the more, the better.

And if I can make £2,000 off one item, how amazing is that?

Rather than £2,000 items for a pound.

Yeah?

You know, and I just think, sometimes I just think, why am I even bothering doing this to help other people?

I know 99% of you are happy, but I could be doing this for profit, for myself, but I'm not.

You know, and I just think, if I get dejected like this sometimes by their comments, then, you know, all these mothers are allegedly, you know, these four mothers that did it today are allegedly struggling.

Well, you're not struggling that much because you'd be champion me to try and raise £2,000 off one item.

Yeah?

You know, that's the way I look at it.

But I just think, well, what about my volunteers?

Because they work their backsides off, you know, and then you keep getting negative people like this.

I've also had somebody else kick off, somebody who has been quite problematic since we messaged them, since we met them.

And I had to speak to them last week because they were like, pick up now, pick up now, click, click, click.

You know, and I was like, I can't pick up now.

I'm busy and I'm up to my neck.

I'm in the middle of moving a shot.

And then they kicked off this week about something else.

So we blocked them.

I like, I haven't got time to deal with other people's bad attitudes.

You know, I got to say to my volunteers, don't ring me all the time because I'm busy answering messages of mothers.

I haven't got time to deal with people with bad attitudes as well.

So I think this is going to be the very last time I'm ever going to address this because I really couldn't care less anymore.

I couldn't.

I'm trying to upload some information now so that you can see it.

Right.

So the lady who had a go at me, she was having a go at me because I'm more than one shop.

I was like, Jesus Christ.

Right.

Where are we to?

All right.

There we are.

So I've been authorized by the Financial Conduct Authority to use our sensitive business name.

It's been agreed it's a sensitive business name, but I can use it.

OK.

So obviously we regulate it by the Financial Conduct Authority and by all the councils.

Environmental Health, Trading Standards, I don't know who else.

They are the main people who come and regulate us.

They haven't got a problem with us.

Even the Fire Brigade have been rung.

Do you know what I mean?

Who are you going to ring next?

Ghostbusters?

Yeah, even the Fire Brigade have been rung on us and even they're happy with us.

You know, it's ridiculous.

It really is getting ridiculous.

Oh, I'm back on.

Back on.

Wireless connection in Pontypool.

I tell you what.

Right.

You couldn't get your point across if you wanted to in Pontypool with the Wi-Fi reception.

Two hours later and another thing.

I just couldn't get it across.

You know, it's a nightmare.

Pontypool is the reception.

I'm fed up of uploading documentation to prove it.

Look, you know, simple Google searches will tell you, no, you don't need to be a registered charity to be a baby bank.

It helps, but you don't have to.

We're quite successful without it.

Let me see if I can change how they're going to go.

Is it?

I think it's where I'm trying to change the or no, I press the wrong button.

All right.

Apply that.

So this one should be the food bank one now.

Right.

No, you don't have to be a charity to be a registered food bank.

You do have to be registered with a food hygiene, which we are.

OK, the only one that isn't registered with a food hygiene is the donation centre, because we don't do teas and coffees down there because we're too busy.

It's too full.

And, you know, we're just busy, busy, busy when we're down there.

That's why we took on that location, because it's prime location.

And obviously, Cofidia is awaiting now.

You know, there's our donation centre.

Look, guys, right?

You know, it's prime location that you can see how full it is there.

And I was back last year and we've had to go and get industrial racking.

We don't give out any milk, any nappies or anything from there.

You can donate them.

And I've spoken to environmental health and said, look, you might get food in, but they'd be out within the day, right?

Because it's got to be distributed out to the shops, because that's where the main places mothers go to pick up the food, pick up the nappies, the baby milk.

So they haven't bothered putting a food hygiene rating on that because we're not actually serving any food free, charged for it or whatever from there.

I'm not sure if they've done risk of rule, but obviously they need to do Cofidia because they haven't been out yet.

And obviously all of that goes through the council.

So I would only need to be registered for tax purposes.

There's one, I think.

I don't know which one that is.
