Right, it's nice.

Let's open this window up.

Better move in that one.

And he looks smaller now he's up there.

We've got most of the £20 stuff on there now.

I need the amber dash sorted today because it's taken over a bit.

We've got places to hang it up so we need to try and get it hung.

There is something here smelling.

I need that sorted.

It's getting right up my nose.

I've got a thing about smells, right?

If it's getting on my nerves, it's going to be getting on a customer's nerves, right?

Because I've got a really bad sense of smell.

So if I can smell it, there's something minging.

Right?

Move some stuff there.

I've still got plenty of storage space for crockery and ornaments and stuff from Blackwood.

I've got somebody picking some up and dropping some down volunteering for us.

Thank you ever so much.

I think I've got two volunteers in on the way now to help here.

And they're going to help out elsewhere as well.

I've got a 16 year old starting tomorrow for work experience.

And I think I've got another one starting.

So this bit by you and I need sorting so we can get through.

We need a few more shelves in there.

There's still plenty of room for shelves and stuff in there.

So I've got some CDs out ready.

We need a shelf there.

I've got a glass cabinet to go there.

But I need to go back and forth now and pick it up is what I need to do.

I think the problem we've got today is I've got to pick up the glass cabinets around three-ish.

And then Dan's only got one of his volunteers so one-ish I think.

Now something I need to show you because obviously we're, you know, appealing to volunteers now.

You even need to check the socks.

Don't take your customers word for it when they drop them off.

Never take the customers word for it.

I need them checked, right?

I don't care if they're going for free, right?

Or if they're going for 20p or 200 quid.

You clean it, you check it.

Everything.

Look, that would have gone straight in the box and it's just one sock, right?

You check them.

You make sure...

And I mean, listen, right?

I didn't wake up like this one day checking stuff, okay?

I went through being a carer, working with other people, working for social services, you know, working in retail.

I've learned all of this.

And that's what we're here to do.

Even if it's free toys for the children, if that's got all the air wrapped around it or whatever, it needs to come off.

Yeah, I've had a few brushes and I also found some sort of curling wand thing with hair on it.

So I was mortified with that, okay?

And Sammy found sellotape with hair in it.

And my mother's had a row because she's creasing her sellotape.

So she's had it today as well.

Creasing her sellotape.

Everything's got to be done tidy.

Like that should be up on the left.

It should all be all in the same place, yeah?

Now, am I going to go and take that down?

Probably not.

But we need people now to follow what we're asking them to do.

Got to find that smell in there.

It's getting right up my nose.

I don't know what it is.

But when you're sorting the donations, you need to check.

I found something that was on the £20 rail, which has got a mark on it, and I've taken it off.

So,

doesn't mean to say it would not straight away go on the pound rail because it's got a mark on it.

It would be checked first.

I've had some nice clothes in from the lady who gave me five bags last night.

Lovely, thank you, lovely stuff.

I'm looking for another bag now.

I've got to get this all washed.

Look at that water!

Got to get some stuff priced.

And I'm hoping to have some more stuff down from Blackwood as well.

To get some stuff then.

I'm going to move that sale thing from there, I think, because then you can't see a bottom of the cupboard.

So I think I'll do that.

Right, I've got to go, go lady.
