Absolutely brilliant that we've come in today now and they've done all of this.

They're very good with their social media as well.

So they're going to start having a look at our social media.

See where we can improve from there.

So yeah.

So I've already booked them in for Pontypool because once and the racking.

Because it's still full of donations and unorganised.

Because of the volume of what's going on and because we're having to deal with the haters and because we're having to I'm having to deal with this and you know I'm liaising with people and then picking up stuff and then you know you've got Sammy now doing exactly you know double what I'm doing you know because she's she's doing loads and it's like we are failing to display the stuff properly and I mean it's good to say that it's good to turn around and say yeah we are failing in this area you know it's good to reflect on that and say yes we can do better here we can do better there you know and that's great so I'm so glad that these guys are coming today I'm over the moon thank you so much I mean,

And it looks lovely, you know.

But volunteers now don't come in and fiddle, right?

If they've been in, if this team have been in, right?

They're the A team, we're the B team, right?

We're there to support them.

They're going to come in, organise your shops, because you haven't got the time to do it, right?

Because you can't... I know you're there and I know you're doing your best and you're right, that's price.

Take it out.

And that's what we're saying all the time to our volunteers.

Find a space.

Find a space for that, you know.

But it needs to be... once it's out in the space, it needs to be organised, because that's what the customers want.

Don't forget how customers can't afford to go shopping in posh shops or any shops at the moment, right?

It's too expensive.

So we need them to come here and have the proper shopping experience.

And these... our guys here now, the A team, they have got the experience and they know how to do it.

They've worked in retail, they've worked in different settings, and they know what they're doing.

So I'm just so glad they've come into my life today and come to help us.

That's brilliant, isn't it, guys?

Absolutely brilliant.

So... and like I said, anything... any equipment we can get, it's not a problem.

The equipment we can get.

But what they... what they'll do now... what the AET... all right, guys?

What they'll do now is they'll come in and they will set up the shop how we need it set up.

So they'll go through your cupboards, set it up as it should be.

And then it'll be more shoppable and more saleable, which is what we want.

And then they'll work on our social media with us as well.

Brilliant, isn't it?

Absolutely brilliant.

To see how we can improve there.

And they had some good ideas as well for the vintage.

And how we can push sales on the vintage.

Because at the moment we do the cheap, you know.

And we... we'll always do the three for a pound and some other bits for the mothers.

Because then the mothers in England and elsewhere get the same deal as the mothers in Wales.

So we'll always do that.

But then we've got the boutique stuff and the adult boutique stuff that we could be doing better.

Yeah, we could be doing a lot better on it.

So that's the plan, guys.

Right, so tomorrow we've got Blackwood, Pontypool and Caerphilly open.

If you want to come in and volunteer.

I know we've said a lot of things about volunteers.

Don't do this, don't do that.

Come in.

We work with you.

I'd rather work with people than lose people and not have people in.

I didn't get my experience from nowhere.

I had to get my experience and other people, you know.

You learn it by working with other people, don't you?

So, like, I've learned quite a bit of these guys tonight and just watching them and how they work and stuff that they know, you know.

And I think that's brilliant because we've got a good team with us now, I think.

You know, and I was looking into getting a management team in for our social media because there's not many people that get paid for their social media around here.

Um, not many baby banks, that's for sure.

But we can't keep relying on the haters to pay the bills, can we?

Because yes, it boosts the algorithm, but there are other ways to boost an algorithm too.

So that's all we need to do now.

But doesn't it look good?

They've done well, haven't they guys?

Like I said, I've got so much on, I can't deliver the stuff that I want to do.

I can't roll out the stuff that I want to do because I'm too busy pricing and sorting starts, sorting out um stock, you know, and making sure everything's tidy and dusting stuff and all the rest of it and then dealing with the haters and then, you know,

trying to deal with everything else.

So this is good.

I'm so pleased today.
