Morning guys.

I got one of the Laura Ashley tables in the car to go to Cosmic Café this morning.

I'm on my way down now.

She'll be there by half past ten.

If you want to volunteer, can you pop into the shops?

They do still need your help in Blackwood.

They've still got some stuff to sort.

They're trying their best to condense it down now.

The landlord messaged me last night and was... I tell you why.

I think they're delusional, to be honest.

Saying, oh, there's no way you've got another shop.

We're already in it.

We've been in it three weeks.

Anyway, I give up with that one.

I really do.

I think it's just...

He's going to ring the other landlady today and tell them where the other shop had moved to.

So that she's away that they have definitely moved.

And then he's got another shop to ring that hasn't even got a sign on it.

Well, it's got a sign, but it's got the wrong sign on it.

So he's going to ring them.

But that's full, apparently.

It's full of stuff.

So I've told Daniel to say, you'll take it on lock, stock and barrel and we'll deal with it.

You know, because we can shift stuff.

We're not afraid of a bit of stuff, are we?

So I've got to have a sort of move around now today and see if I can get the second.

I think it might be too much if I've got the two Laura Ashley tables in Caerphilly's shop.

It's going to be too bulky.

And anyway, if we did move on the high street, it's going to be a smaller shop.

Unless the second one comes through, because that's quite big.

Then...

I'd need one down there anyway, because we always need one of these concertina tables everywhere, don't we?

Because they're nicer than just shoving it on shelves.

And stuff sells quite well off them.

We're still on 75% off, guys, because I forgot I was going to do it at the end of every month.

Because everybody's struggling.

So if you, you know, at the end of the month.

So if, you know, if people are coming out to support us, then it will support you as well.

And it's about working together in it, guys.

We haven't always got the price you want, but we try and do our best, don't we?

You know?

So, yes, I'm trying to think.

Well, I've got to pick up my glass cameras today.

I've got a volunteer coming in today.

We've got multiple volunteers with multiple names that all, you know, might match, guys.

Because some of the volunteers we don't put on Facebook because there's reasons.

Okay, there might be reasons.

They might have come from domestic violence backgrounds.

They might have learning difficulties and not have the capacity to choose if they can be on Facebook and things like that.

And what we find is that the haters, the website guys, they start targeting their profiles.

And plastering stuff all over their profiles there and it's upsetting for the volunteers.

So sometimes we don't name our volunteers because...

it's easier not to.

So just be aware.

You might not be the only Susan volunteers.

You might not be the only Jan that volunteers.

You know, you might not be the only Sam that volunteers.

Or volunteered.

But we don't always put people on.

Some of the mothers we don't put on, especially if they're flexible.

Because there's a reason why we do it.

And I tell them this, okay?

I thank them in person, rather than thanking them online and tagging them.

Because they'll end up with loads and loads of abuse otherwise.

Yes, there we are then.

Feeling a bit better today.

And I've got to decide where these last cameras are going.

I really need them.

I've got to be honest, I don't need them in Caerphilly.

Caerphilly's basically kitted out, to be honest now.

So here we go today.

They were going to start the racking today, but one of them's got to go earlier.

So we were like, oh, leave it today then, because it's a big job.

We'll start it now, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, afternoons, evenings.

We'll just crack on then.

Just carry on what you're doing at Blackwood.

I've told them to push the sales at Blackwood.

So if you want a deal, go in and see Dan, right?

Because I've told him it's easier to sell the stuff, rather than to wheel it down the hill to a new shop, or worst case scenario, store it all in the donation centre.

So, pop in.

If you go in and you start saying, oh, I'm only paying £1 for this, or I'm not paying £10 for that, you can check him out, because I've told him to.

But, you know, if you're one of our regulars, I'm quite sure he'll sort you out, because it's easier for us if we've got less stock to move, isn't it?

I'm quite sure we'll get the stock in.

He's had about 40 bags of donations.

They're still taking donations up there.

They're just not unpacking them.

And there's still nappies up there, guys, and there's still food bank up there as well.

OK, so, we did give quite a bit of it that was coming up to date to a lady that we know, a Romanian lady that we knew yesterday that struggles.

She's got four children.

She's got a dog, but she struggles, and she's always been a good customer.

She comes in every day, buys a couple of quid's worth of baby clothes, or whatever a day.

Never buys anything for herself.

Mums don't, do they?

So I had a couple up coming up to the date, so I gave her two carrier bags for yesterday, rather than them trying to push the food that's going out and trying to pack up.

And trying to, you know, take furniture apart and what have you.

So I think we're at the point now where if we need a van, because we've got the green rails, and we've got that big dresser that would be better in Riska.

So we could probably borrow Roy in his trailer, but I don't think we need a van.

But we could do it all in a van.

One van trip would take it down to the high street.

Or just wheel it down the hill, I don't know.

It depends what shot we get and we're on the high street, doesn't it?

It's a bit, you know, because a lot of it is on wheels, and we've got a lot of trucks and what have you now, and trolleys.

So we'll see anyway.

The biggest problem I've got is the big glass dresser, but I really could do with that down Riska.

There is nothing else, because there's only other stuff we've taken in ourselves anyway.

We'll see.

The trouble is, if you have a van, that comes out of our fundraising.

So you're looking at least end of an odd for a van for 24 hours, at least it'll be.

And I just think, well, we can do it, can't we?

We've already done Kifiti Shop.

We've already done a very Kifiti shop off by running back and forth, haven't we?

So it's not like we can't do it.

We don't really want to sell our dresser, honestly, because I know it'll fit down Riska rule.

Like I wanted a double one, didn't I?

But I might get that four in that gap, or I don't know, it might be two.

We did say a three, didn't we, in that gap.

Might need to measure it and measure the width it comes out, because we've still got to get into the kitchen, don't we?

We've still got to have plenty of room to get through to that kitchen.

Can't be like squeezing past the dresser.

So maybe I need to measure that bit, but how far it's going to come out.

I think I will measure that, and then I...

Yeah, so it's all about now where we can fit stuff in now, isn't it?

And if that jewellery cabinet locks, that twirly-wirly, it would be better if the three of them are over Pontypool.

But there is an Ikea over Pontypool, but I think that's got a lock on it.

Because Pontypool are the ones that really need to be locked, because it's so big we can't keep an eye on everything in the shop.

But risk, you know, you can't shift anything about the ceiling, so...

We'll have a look.

I've got quite a few people tagging me and sending me pictures of corner glass cabinets.

We're struggling now, we've got no corners left.

So we are struggling with that.

Still sending them to me, guys.

We might not pursue the corner cabinets at present.

We will need them when we take on phase three Pontypool, but I'm not going to be doing that this month at all.

I might start that one in... because this day is...

So I might start that one in September, October when it's a bit cooler, I don't know.

Because right now I'm like... right now I need to get my rack in it, start putting stuff on.

Right, so... right, I'll see you in Caffetti, guys.
