So we're in Blackwood shop this morning guys.
We've got a couple of jobs to do.
They're going to stay in Blackwood shop and then I'll probably go over to Pontypool.
We're looking to open Riscaroo Thursday.
So Risca will be open Thursday.
I need volunteers that want to come down.
Blackwood open all week.
Pontypool open all week.
That's the plan.
So anyway, we're going to answer some questions off the website this morning.
Oh, they must have been up all night.
Must have been up all night uploading.
No wonder they needed to deactivate some of their accounts.
Right, so there was a... oh, she claims to be helping babies and children.
She bought a castle.
Yeah, the castle didn't cost a thousand pound and I gotta be honest, I didn't update the status because it was so long ago.
It took so long to get one of those castles.
It was a nightmare.
It was 250 delivered.
We bought it off one of the mothers in So we helped a family out.
They gave us a receipt.
That's been recorded.
You know, recorded and they're still not using my thing.
I'm using a toilet roll this morning.
Oh, I need you to build that.
It goes around my neck.
Grumpy looks it.
He couldn't figure it out at all.
All right, okay.
So yeah, the castle is there for the children.
The little people.
You know the people now.
Yeah, they are the children and the babies to play in.
When I say it's my office, that's a joke.
But I don't think you guys can actually take a joke.
And a lot of our mothers can't afford to take their children to play centers and you know, these soft place anymore.
And I think one of our grandmothers, a volunteer for us said she has to pay a pound to sit there and supervise her own children after paying to go into the the play place.
You know, she's got to pay a pound and that doesn't include a cup of tea or anything.
So I think the mothers of Pontypool would say tell you that that castle is very sought after.
And everybody wants one, including Jan herself, including one of my volunteers who I refuse to sell it to that actually bought a blue one, which I'm very jealous of and want, which she's actually got in her living room.
So I think the children are speaking on behalf of the babies and children that use the castle that only cost £250 of another mother that was selling it with a receipt that's been filed.
I think that was a good purchase because I think all children like it, including myself.
It's nice to go in there sometimes, lie in there and decompress.
So there's a bit of waffle on here again now.
Waffle, waffle, waffle, waffle, waffle, waffle, waffle, waffle.
Waffle, waffle, waffle, waffle, waffle.
It just goes on and on and on.
Look how obsessed you are.
You're obsessed.
You're obsessed.
Hang on now.
I want to get down to the comments.
Come on, scroll.
Scroll.
Oh, there it is.
Charity funds to purchase the castle.
I may have actually used my own money for that.
I'll have to check because I bought it so long ago now.
Where's the comments?
It's not my phone's here.
So let's go back to these comments.
I've got to add this because there's so many comments.
Questions that need to be addressed.
Right, Arthur Barlow, get a grip.
Right, that's the same person as doing the website.
You know, I mean, Arthur Barlow, get a grip.
You really need to.
Here we are, waffling on.
Oh, here she is now.
This is Wax Melt Woman.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Can you contact me?
Because I'm being harassed and I've got autism and all the rest of it.
I'm sorry, love, but I think me, my volunteers and the babies and the children and everybody involved in, you know, just being harmed by your website are actually more vulnerable than you.
So you are actually picking on vulnerable adults and myself and my volunteers have screenshots dating back nearly two years of stuff that you've put using Natalie's wax melts on Facebook because you're obsessed.
OK, it's not a different person every week.
We're not picking on a different person every week.
What we're doing is we are unraveling the people behind the website and the people behind the complaints.
And it's all one little group that's all connected.
So it's not, oh, God, she's pulling up somebody else.
Oh, she's pulling up somebody else that week.
Yeah.
Oh, and thank you for putting that Peter stole a load of money and everything from the shop and more of you, because, yeah, I want that to go viral because he's still at Weatherspoons banging on about how horrible we are.
And that's that's nonsense.
And I've spoke to Weatherspoons and Weatherspoons staff are going to speak to him as well because he is a complete fantasist.
So thank you for that.
Right.
I think we're on the questions now.
Let me put the glasses on.
Let's concentrate, you know.
Right.
Here we go.
Here we go.
Right.
I want my questions answered.
I'm hoping she can probably answer these questions to a 72K followers.
Yes.
All of whom be haters.
All of whom will be haters the minute she's proven what she's doing.
OK.
Why are you trading under somebody else's name and hiding your true identity?
You are using the identity of a dead woman.
That's sick.
You need professional help.
I'm not using the identity of a dead woman.
Jayne Price is my registered legal name.
OK.
I have middle names and other things as well.
Right.
And I don't need to give you that information.
OK.
My trading name, which I have to display in the shops and give to the council is Jayne Price.
And they're happy with that.
Otherwise, they'd arrested me.
And so what did they arrest me if I was stealing a dead person's identity?
Which I'm not.
Why are you claiming to be a charity, but not registered as a charity or a food bank?
We are registered three.
Oh, I thought that was blood, Dennis Red Pen.
I thought, oh, my God, I cut myself.
We are registered as three food banks.
Oh, you want to pop.
We are registered as three food banks, one in Risca, one in Blackwood and one in Pontypool.
We were also registered as a food bank in Brimel.
We are also a registered baby bank under three councils with three different councils.
Yes.
So we are registered.
So you're incorrect.
And this is the problem with you, Natalie, is that you've got a narrative in your head and you're running with it and you're sticking with it and you're not researching it and you're calling us fraudsters.
And we're not.
We're registered.
We're registered to trade by the council.
The council know we're here.
The council pop out and see us and have a good old laugh at some of your complaints.
Right.
They come out and see us.
They were regulated.
We get the community police popping in, seeing if we're all right.
We've had police officers pop in and see if we're all right because they know the abuse we're getting.
OK, you people like you are putting out false narratives.
You're not a registered this.
You're not a registered.
We are registered.
We cannot operate as a food bank or serve tea and coffee if we're not registered.
And we are.
So you need to make a public apology for that, I think, because you've got it wrong again.
Like you've got my details wrong again.
The other thing is, I'm not saying I'm a charity.
When we first started, we called ourselves Jayne's Baby Bank and charity shop because I knew I wasn't allowed to say Jayne's Baby Bank Charity because I wasn't a registered charity.
I didn't have loads of information about charity then.
I was just starting out as myself.
We quickly found out that people didn't like the word charity shop.
They were we were reported to the Charity Commission.
And they said, well, it's nothing we can do because you aren't calling yourself a charity.
It's an charity shop.
So it's up to trading standards and the council and HMRC to define whether you are a charity shop and are the purposes of the fundraisers and all the staff.
Is it going for charitable purposes, which it was.
And that was a gray area for the council and the Charity Commission.
Well, it wasn't so much for the Charity Commission, because they were very much, oh, well, she isn't a charity.
So it's not we can't step in.
We can't do anything.
We can't enforce anything because she isn't saying she's a charity.
So they stepped out.
The Charity Commission bowed out.
They were like, no, we'll leave this to the councils and HMRC and everybody else.
So we continued with our name because we didn't legally have to take it down.
The police didn't tell us to take it down.
The council didn't tell us to take it down.
Solicitors never turned up and said, take it down.
Nobody did.
But what we found was that we were getting people coming into Blackwood Shop in particular, saying, Oh, this is this is this is 10 to 20p in Barnardo's.
Well, Barnardo's is a charity shop.
We're not a charity shop.
So we changed the narrative as we evolved, because people what we found is because of our popularity, people have started giving us really good stuff.
Right.
And I mean, I would be doing the donator a disjustice if I was to sell those leather jackets for 20p, if I was to sell those first edition books for 20p.
So therefore I have to do the right thing by the baby bank.
And we decided to rebrand as Food Bank Fundraising Shop.
And there's nothing anybody can do about that.
The council, the charity commission, the the fundraising, nobody can do anything about that because we've been authorized to trade by the Financial Conduct Authority as Food Bank Fundraising, as Jayne's Baby Bank and Charity Shop, because we're not doing it.
We're not deceiving the public in any way, because nobody takes a wage.
OK, including myself, including Daniel, nobody takes a wage, which I get on to in a bit, because this is your next point.
Then it is being used for charitable purposes.
Right.
What does all the money go to the donations?
Any proof?
Yeah, there is, but you don't need to see it because I'm not a registered charity.
The council and the police are welcome to see it if they want to see it and they're welcome to pop in on HMRC.
All the books are kept and accounted for.
I don't need to submit anything to anybody.
It is used to pay the shops, pay the electric, pay the water, pay the bills, buy the food banks, pay for the nappies, buy things like castles, pay for mascots, buy Easter eggs.
I don't know what else would be bought out of it.
Things for the allotment to grow food, litter picking things for mothers.
We pay for the staff to have their lunch, which we don't have to because we're not a registered charity.
And we also pay their petrol in certain circumstances, which we don't have to because we're not a registered charity.
And quite a few registered charities don't do that for their volunteers.
OK, they try and skirt out of it.
Why are you trying to ruin people's reputation with lies?
Well, I don't know, ask yourself this one, Natalie, because you're posting this false narrative about me and you don't like it when I give it you back.
You don't like it when I give it you back, do you?
OK, so your life is being ruined right now because you've chosen to come out of your way for nearly two years and bother me.
Same as all the other people.
Now, I've already shut two charities down and their lives are in tatters because of it, right?
So if you think you're going to walk away from this unscathed, you're not going to.
OK, all of you are all connected.
OK, you're all connected in one way, shape or form.
And you've all got a group chat and you're all posting information on it.
And none of you have actually come and knocked my door and asked me directly.
So if you think that your reputation is being ruined with lies, then that's your problem, isn't it?
It's only slander if it's not true.
So well done.
According to, yeah, it was according to one of my volunteers.
She said that your husband was a website designer, but she may have got mixed up with Tara's husband because I think he's a website designer.
But this is only what she's said.
So if you're single, then that's up to you.
But if you just upload and stuff to the website and involving yourself.
And you posted on the cum brand group, didn't you, last week?
So this isn't something that's been going on like two years ago.
This is fresh, isn't it?
You decided to write that we were fraudsters on the internet a week ago to now.
So you can expect this come back at least.
But we were told you'd run away scared and try and pull your disability card.
We were told that.
But unfortunately, I think my disabilities will trump yours.
What does it say?
You will expose yourself soon enough.
Yeah, well, you come in.
I'm an open book, sometimes open.
You are bullying and harassing me.
No, we're not.
We're not bullying and harassing you.
We're giving you exactly what you're giving to us.
We're telling people exactly what you're doing.
You're posting a false narrative about us saying we're fraudsters and scammers.
And you've been doing it for over two years.
And you are linked to this website.
Says a lot about a person who you are.
Yes, it does.
I wouldn't mess with me.
What do you reckon, Daniel?
No one mess with me.
Scammers always get caught in the end.
Yeah, well, it's been five years now.
And I'll be waiting on the news because of the crimes you are committing.
What crimes am I committing?
Asking people to donate stuff so that we, well, it started off, we were just asking for baby stuff to give back out to people, and then all this fantastic stuff was given to us.
And we were like, well, what are we going to do with it all?
How do we choose who it goes to?
What is the best way to deal with 400 coats?
What is the best way to deal with 490s?
How do we deal with this?
And we said, let's take the model from charity shops and the tip shops and let's run with that model as our business plan, which we did.
And obviously that's been accepted by the councils, trading standards, HMRC, the Queen and anybody else who gives a damn.
You're lucky I don't have enough money to file a lawsuit.
Well, you wouldn't win, my love.
You could take it to the small claims court if you wanted.
You can come and make a citizen's arrest today.
You're not going to win because it's only slander if it's not true.
So you can crack on with your lawsuit.
I'm happy with that.
Right, right.
Where's that one?
I've missed one.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
This is this is the best one.
Listening.
Everybody listening.
Everybody listening.
How come you have volunteers working for you, but you're not a registered charity?
Isn't that slave labor?
What do you reckon, Daniel?
Are you being slave labored?
Yeah.
What do you think, Chloe?
So why do you choose to...
I won't put you on camera, but why do you choose to volunteer?
A guy put me on camera on an anime.
Oh, did he?
Yeah, because they went to anime on the weekend.
They had a good time.
I'll try and put the photos up if they let me, because they look good.
I would do something good for the community instead.
I know all the charity shops are mostly dodgy.
Some charities are.
I mean, you only look into them.
Yeah, I know you've had trouble in some of the charity shops over there.
I choose this one because I feel like it's the right one for me.
OK, yeah.
Well, I hope it is.
I hope you do feel like that.
We know that when people come and they stay, they stay for a very long time.
We know that.
So I don't know if any of my other volunteers...
I saw it the other day, actually.
I saw something.
I think Torfaen Markets and all are doing little TikToks about their shops and stuff, to try and get trading and awareness about their small businesses.
So perhaps we'll ask our volunteers why they all volunteer.
We won't ask Daniel, because Daniel is slave labour.
But just for you to be aware, you can volunteer to do any job.
Just in case you aren't aware, Natalie, and you don't understand the concept of what we're doing, you can volunteer anyway.
You don't have to be a charity.
You can volunteer for the council.
You can volunteer for the crime prevention service.
You can volunteer for the courts.
You don't need to be a charity to volunteer.
My volunteers, I would like to think, are well looked after.
They're paid £20 worth of stock a day because that's tax free.
And they usually buy stuff anyway, so we might as well give them for free.
It upsets me when people rob us because we give them so much for free.
We run them around.
We give them dinner.
We look after them.
We make sure they're sorted in their own lives.
And it really upsets me when they steal off us because there's no need to steal off us.
And I tell you what, that's the first thing that comes out of Jan's mouth every time something like this happens, you do not need to steal off Jayne because if you need any help, she will sort you out.
So I think perhaps we might ask our volunteers why they've chosen to volunteer for us.
And that will give you an insight as well.
I do try and shield the volunteers because I don't think it's fair that they volunteer for us and they know what they're putting up to when they come into the building.
They know what's out there and the people are out there doing all of these horrible things and they still choose to volunteer for us.
So I don't particularly want to put them full face on camera with their identity, but maybe we could do it like we've just done with Chloe.
Now Chloe's just said why?
So maybe we'll do that.
And you can see because a lot of them are mothers that we've already helped or grandmothers that we've already helped or vulnerable adults that don't feel safe elsewhere working because some of our vulnerable adults have had major problems, major vulnerability problems,
working in other charity shops because they're not disability aware.
Because of all the training I've had around disabilities and other things.
So would you like to say some of the things that happened to you in other charity shops or no?
Let's say it was bad in all the other charity shops.
Yeah, yeah, I know you had some bad stuff happen to you, didn't you?
Yeah, you don't have to say what, but you're not the only one.
I've had that a few times.
You know, I've had people with specific disabilities come in and make that.
I mean, some people's disabilities are hidden, but people...
I have trouble speaking as well.
So I try to speak everything to our face.
Mostly I think...
Yeah, sometimes I don't get my words out right.
And I talk really fast as well.
And sometimes I'm like...
And I can't pronounce my words.
I could have done with speech therapy, I think, or some allocation lessons or something, but I think you do all right.
Yeah, I think you do all right in our shop.
I like to never say anything like to customers about going step back.
I will never say that.
Yeah, no, I know, I know.
But no, no, I think, you know, perhaps we'll do that and say why the volunteers volunteer.
But I think it's primary to help the mothers.
That's how they feel.
They want to help mothers as well.
So I hope that's answered your question.
My seventy two thousand followers and Natalie.
But you need to take this website down, guys, because you just absolutely.
Just, you know, there isn't anybody out there now that actually supports who I don't think on this website.
Because look at the donations we got.
You want to see the stuff I've just added now, vintage, with proper vintage Marks and Spencers and really old labels, and it's like, oh, it's beautiful stuff.
Thank you so much.
That's because people are listening that we're now stocking vintage stuff in Blackwood shop.
Look at our book sales.
We're now getting people walking in, going straight to the book area because within two weeks, donors established us as a vintage bookshop.
You're just clutching at straws now with your website, guys, and you're just making yourself look like a complete bunch of stalkers.
What do you think, Mo?
Just looks as gentle as if they're just stalking us.
Yeah, you know.
Anyway, there we are then.
That's answered your questions.
