Morning, guys.
We've filled the bookshelves in P1, as you can see, not with books.
Dawn is doing today to sort the books out in P2, okay?
Now, Dawn said she went around all the charity shops in Blackwood and elsewhere.
That's what she likes to do.
She said none of them are in alphabetical order, only ours.
So that's a feather in our cap.
Thank you for putting up with the influx of donations.
I've got more coming in.
I know it's difficult to manoeuvre.
Thank you so much.
And the powers that be that deal with us as well, you know, they can see what we're doing.
Even 9 o'clock last night we were checking the cellar, checking the tunnels, seeing what room we got.
Is it viable to keep stuff in, to store stuff in?
They're too damp in the tunnels, unfortunately.
Looking at other shops, other areas.
Up until 9 o'clock last night we were.
Because now we're at full capacity in the donation centre.
You don't hear that word very often.
Me saying no, can't put a stitch in it.
Full capacity at Portland Frife.
At our donation centre.
Donation centre one.
That made me laugh when Daniel set up the Wi-Fi.
Because when we took it on he put the password down as donation centre one.
Or called it donation centre one.
I was like, are you expecting another one?
He was like, yeah.
So yes, we are looking for donation centre two.
I need it today.
Okay, I need donation centre two today.
Even last night, me and the staff were looking for viable options.
Because we now need a donation centre to cover Torfaen in Cwmbran.
So thank you for that.
Thank you.
You've always looked after us well in Torfaen.
Fair play.
We've got as many offers on as we can get.
So that's brilliant.
Thank you to the powers that deal with us as well.
Because they know we've added influx in stock more than usual.
We've got never house clearance on Sunday.
What day are we?
I don't know what day we are.
Tomorrow.
Yeah, tomorrow.
Never house clearance.
I'm sure to staff this weekend.
Dawn will be on the books.
And I'm up here trying to get everything priced.
The girls are telling.
We started, I think it was a Thursday, we started pricing the last donation.
And my car is full because I've got other stuff in there.
And that was three of us started at mine.
And we worked till nine o'clock and then we were here again till nine o'clock last night.
You know, and I'm still here again.
This is how many donations we got now.
We need a night crew.
Okay.
Donation centers.
And what I might do is if we take on a second donation center here, then I always do this because I think, well, if you guys got an idea, you can chip in as well.
See, if I tell you my ideas, you can say, well, I think that'll work.
Anyway, try this.
Because this isn't working, because this is never clear now.
We might be better off having the donation centers open and having the night crews in the donation centers rather than the shops.
Because if the donations are taken out of the shops, then you don't need a night crew in the shops.
Because Blackwood, well, you could have somebody in Blackwood pottering around in the evenings, tidying up.
But since we've got rid of the troublemakers and the ones that made all the messes, then I think that's what they do.
They make mess so that they distract you so they can do something else.
So the minute I get somebody in here making a mess, I'm like, you go in.
You're not staying here.
I know I make a mess.
I am sorry.
I am a troublemaker.
Sorry.
Anyway, see, you could still have, like I could still have, Vicky could still come in and stay here till nine, couldn't she?
And potter around and do stuff and tidy up.
But he would maintain it then.
It would be maintained.
Because it would only be where customers have shopped it or we've just brought in a pile of stuff to work.
Which was working originally when we had the first donation center.
And then we've just taken on another load of stock.
So, oh, I was gifted a bunch of flowers from the lady.
We did the daughter's flat, if you can remember.
I've put them up in the shop because A, my cats will knock them over and B, they're everybody's.
They're not just mine.
They're everybody's, aren't they?
You know, we did it for the baby bank.
And we will benefit from the baby bank because, you know, obviously we'll sell the stuff.
We'll gift the stuff out.
Or there was stuff there, like decorating stuff, you know.
And Ellie's going to be doing us a mural upstairs.
We're going to start painting other murals here.
So it's going to benefit us, isn't it?
So that's where we're at, guys.
Thank you for being with us with the stuff everywhere.
Because you've got to have it out to work it.
Especially if it comes in mixed bags.
So like we've had to get all the toys out because it was all mixed.
