Sorry guys, we've had a pile of toys in.
I've worked these for a while.
They need to be checked when they come in by the volunteers because these ones are all over the place.
We've got like bags of bits, bottom of a toy box, broken toys and they're absolutely filthy.
There's food residue on them, some sticky stuff that keeps sticking to us.
If the toys come in in bags in this condition, or any other items, volunteers are to refuse them, okay?
Because this is taking us triple the amount of time to sort because we've got to clean every single one with sterilisers fluid because they're filthy.
Yeah, I can't put that out in the shop because it's absolutely stinking.
It's just going to fester away.
So, can you not donate items that are broken and not donate items for the missing parts and that are filthy because these are stinking.
