I have to do a video guys because the connection in here tonight is horrendous.
It really is.
It cut down.
I couldn't even make a phone call earlier because my um, jest eat order didn't turn up.
I was gutted.
I ordered from Harvest as it hadn't turned up.
I've rang Harvest and I've got to order jest eat.
But I have to do... I couldn't ring them.
Dan had to ring them for me.
So I thought let's do an unbagging because we know you love the unbagging.
It's lovely.
Look at this.
This will be now.
It'll either be fill a bag for a fiver before we hang it up or it'll be three for the pound once it's been hung up.
Okay?
Because I've got to take into consideration the volunteers time and effort that's going in on hanging all these clothes up.
But that's children.
So that'll be three for a pound.
And it's lovely, lovely studio tracksuit.
I like studio clothes.
And then we've got a little card again.
So that would be fill a bag for a fiver or three for a pound.
Some bigger t-shirts.
These would be what I would put in the three for a pound.
Possibly this one would go in the pound shop.
But at the moment we're doing a three for a pound.
So it'll be in the same place.
So the pound shop is back open guys.
And I need all that gone because that's old stock.
So here we are.
It's a George Cardy.
This would be three for a pound.
Sixteen.
This was a nice one.
I need a tripod guys over here now because obviously I'm not over the donation centre at the moment.
I'm not going back over the donation centre.
It's in about spring.
It's like a good weather I don't think.
Because I need to get the stuff at the front.
But I want to try and get Risca back open next week.
So if you're looking to run Risca shop, let me know.
It's not going to be Monday.
Right?
Because I'm in short staff Monday over here.
So that's a nice one.
That would be three for a pound.
That's the other half of the studio tracksuit.
It's lovely colour isn't it?
12 to 13 I think that was wasn't it?
That would be again.
That's yeah these would.
We checked the brand.
If it's a good brand like I had Billabong the other day.
Well Billabong is quite vintage now isn't it?
So you know we'd get a good 10-15 pound for that.
And we've got to think well what will we get for nappies?
What's this?
Oh it looks like a sleeping bag or something I think.
Pro.
Active Pro.
That's a nice one isn't it?
Reversible one.
We'd probably put that up for ten and take five for it.
Because we're half price.
We've been on sale longer than DFS as you know.
Thanks to everybody's donations.
This is the thing see these donations that were coming here now and we've proved it before me right?
We've proved it before.
They cash for clothes them.
Cash for clothes is a business.
Yeah and they cash for clothes it and they'd be lucky if they got I don't know 50p for that lot but there.
Weird as we get it out cheaper or gifted for free.
Twelve people.
Oh my god loads of these these vacuum bags in.
I think we're gonna have to have a look how they work because they could come in handy for us.
I think what's this?
A duvet.
So I'll have a look at the duvet.
If it's no good then I believe Sammy takes them to waffles but not if they're feather.
But we can't take them if they got stains on guys all right?
And if they got the feathers in them.
If there aren't stains with feathers in them.
Oh that's a nice Christmas bit.
Somebody recycling their bags.
Well done.
We're gonna keep Christmas out because I can tell you for now I got a shop.
I could fill a shop with Christmas already.
Fill one room of a shop with Christmas already.
God knows how many Christmas trees I got down there if I come calm forest drive.
Honestly.
So what I've said to the guys is I need you.
I need them to keep Christmas out so it's shopped all year round.
Because we can't I can't cope with the volume of it.
I can't get another weird out to keep all my Christmas stuff in.
I just can't do it because I just got too much on.
So if you want to volunteer to be Christmas manager and deal with that you're more than welcome to.
But I can't take that on and neither can my volunteers because I need them doing the jobs that they've already got.
So they it's like when I say I need a night shift.
If my staff want to come in and they want to work through the night or through the evening as well as a day shift.
They're more than welcome to.
I don't mind at all.
I need additional people to do like and to come in and work these donations.
I got 40 bags by you now.
Now I haven't got a life.
You know that and it keeps me out of trouble.
Right.
But the psychic have been in and she said she said we're gonna have at least nine shops.
Didn't we?
We're on five now.
Right.
She said you're gonna be Wales wide.
You're gonna have nine shops.
We're on five.
We need another donation centre.
That's for sure.
Come ran way.
But she said I'm gonna get a life.
So I need volunteers to come and work nights, to come and work evenings.
Evenings and nights to come in.
Go through the donations like I am.
Separate them into clean, dirty, cheap, expensive and then get them out.
And that's how you've got to do it.
And then leave a pile for me.
I've got a pile over there that I got a price.
So I've got to go through and check.
So the girls have gone through it and gone that looks expensive.
That looks like maybe you need to check in.
Put it there.
Jayne can have a look at it and make the decision on it.
And that's what I need you to do.
Now obviously if you're gonna be working evenings and through the night till the morning, then obviously we've got... I'm only doing this because you know the haters are probably watching on their computers now.
It's on the website now and I'm posting this now.
Obviously we need additional health and safety for working through the evening.
So obviously I know that because I've nights myself.
And obviously that's when most babies are born.
So if you want to see a baby being born, you need to be on your night shift as a student.
So yeah, we will have to put in additional things.
And obviously I'll be on call.
But I might need to never manage our own call as well just in case there's an accident or something like that.
But yes, that's where I'm at now.
But I need volunteers to come in to the night and work these donations as well as people who are running the Lego clubs from the shops.
I am looking at a venue around the corner for clubs like Lego Club.
But that's an additional expense then whereas we got a shop.
So if we can clear a part for the cafes in the shop, then they will use the cafes in the evenings, the cafe part, for the Lego Club and then for the craft club for the mothers.
So once we've got our sectioned off in all of the shops, then we'll have the place.
But like I said, I want qualified staff to run the Lego clubs, not volunteers.
So people who are qualified to work with the children.
If you're training to be a classroom assistant or teaching assistant, you can come in and volunteer.
But unless you've got the actual level three qualification, I personally don't want you running it.
But you're more than welcome to volunteer for your CV and your own development.
That's not a problem.
I'd need at least two of you to run the Lego clubs.
It can be an NAB, it can be an ex teacher, as long as you've worked in education.
That's what I want for that.
So there we are.
It's another lovely bag of stuff in it guys.
So we'll have a look at this.
So I guess I'll need to investigate this and see if it's for us or if it's for Wuffles.
They're welcome to add it.
