Ah, so hi guys.
It's a bit cold today.
We've had a few customers in already this morning.
I'm still sorting the book of work.
We've got a bit of news here.
So out of the eight volunteers that we caught stealing and the rest of it, we've had two results so far.
The one, they couldn't charge him with theft because he brought the item back without the police's involvement when he was told to bring it back.
But he has had a warning about stealing.
And this is an official police warning.
So that's the outcome of that.
He's also had an official police warning for bothering me, harassing me.
Because he was writing letters of apologies, which were ridiculous.
It was like, you're not coming back, end of story.
Once you've been caught doing something like that, the trust is gone, isn't it?
Trust is gone.
So he's also had an official police warning regarding his behaviour as well and bothering me.
And obviously he's banned from coming in the shop because we can't trust him as far as we can throw him, if I'm honest.
So there was another one, a ninth one.
There wasn't actually a volunteer.
She was looking to volunteer, but she was friendly with the one group.
And I said, no, you're not volunteering.
Sorry.
Which she took offence to and then started bothering me.
And she has then continued bothering me and then continued bothering me after the police had a word with her.
Because I was quite happy for them to have a word with her because she wanted to volunteer.
But she's also because she's kept on now, they've obviously issued her with a police warning as well.
They are still looking into the other cases.
So there we are, guys.
Fingers crossed now, because if they've managed to process those two with very, very minimal charge, as we know, but at least they've done something official, haven't they?
So that will be on their records should they commit anything else with anybody else or myself.
So I'm pleased with that, guys.
