Right, so we have had quite a bit of craft donated for our craft club, our free craft club for mothers.
Give me a chance now to get it sorted out.
We are a bit low on staff at the moment, but like I said, we want quality over quantity.
There's lots of new stock about in Blackwood, and we've also worked quite a bit of the claws in Pontypool.
That's washing, guys.
We're still getting dirty washing in.
So yeah, we've been busy today.
We've put up some more signage.
These chairs need to go.
We've got too many chairs at the moment.
We've tidied all this up today.
Thank you to the volunteers again today.
We're going to get another one.
It's screwed down.
But obviously when you pull one from the bottom now, they don't all collapse.
So this rail needs tidying.
There's a lot of new baby clothes.
We've had tons in today, look.
There's a lot of new baby clothes that's been put out.
They're 50 pence at the moment.
We're not doing filler bag for a fiver because it's making a mess at the moment for the staff to clean up.
Pumpkins are selling fast.
Anything with a pumpkin on is going, and Christmas is starting to go as well.
So we've gone through these.
We're getting rid of this rail because we haven't got so many clothes now.
So they're just going to go two to three, three to four, five to six, six to seven and then teenager.
Alright, we'll go as far as these.
Put bigger signs up for people.
We've done all of that today.
And then these are our boutique clothes.
But there's lots of new baby stuff in.
There are tons of bags today.
So Christmas outfits, first-come, first-served.
Now, I found a pumpkin outfit.
Somebody had written £4 on it.
So, volunteers do not price.
We have designated prices and you are not one of them.
Okay?
Now, pricing is a legal requirement and I would be mortified if one of my mothers paid £4 for that.
Second hand.
So do not price.
You leave the pricing to us.
There are signs up to tell you to leave it to us.
So this is good.
We wanted to build a bigger one, but we needed something quick because these were just avalanches.
But we're going to get another one.
They were £55 off Amazon.
But it's good.
You know, we've tried pulling them out and they've come out.
So, well, the only thing is, but there's the light.
Have you got the car?
No, I'm going to get the car.
Alright, go and get the car then.
Oh, but it'll be lower because it won't be on the table.
So, yeah, we've had a good... it just needed tidying up here.
Like I said, we don't want volunteers that come here and don't want to work.
We only want volunteers that are going to pull their weight and work.
Because this has taken a team of about five of us, two, three days, which should have been done as they were going along.
You know, we shouldn't have been left to get that bad.
That's all the Christmas I got at the moment.
This is the remnants of what's left from the garden centre.
Thank you very much for that.
I have a big log in.
Sold all year.
We left it out all year to sell.
And thank you very much to Paul.
This is all the cards we got left.
And I think we got a couple of boxes of valentines under there.
So the Christmas cards are flying out at three for a pound, as they always do.
We could charge a pound each, but we're not greedy.
That's why it annoys me when I see prices put on things like that, four quid.
So yeah, it would look like I could put on them a pound.
But that's greedy.
You guys got to have a bargain as well, haven't you?
So I have to chuck someone out today as well, if you don't want to come in the shop.
Don't come in the shop when you're on drugs and the rest of it, because you'll be chucked out.
It's my hobby, chucking people out.
So don't annoy me.
So I've got to pick up...
It's like winter out here today.
I'm pulling up a birdie.
I'm pulling up a birdie.
Yeah, so we've got room to bring up more stuff.
But I don't know if I'm going to have time to bring it up this weekend.
Because I'm too busy.
Just too busy.
Now Pontypool.
I've got to paint the little batch of floor downstairs.
There I'm going to, but I want to.
So I don't know when I'm going to do this.
Nice craft stuff.
So like I said, if we get craft stuff in, we do ring fence it.
What did we do today?
It was very quiet last Thursday.
It was one of our best days.
We've got some nice stuff in the jewellery cabinet.
We'll have a look now.
It was quiet today though.
And everybody else, the other shops, said the same.
The one shut early.
Yeah, it was quiet today.
I don't know how Pontypool did.
But yeah, it's into like warming up on the app.
Because we've been busy sorting the clothes.
But yeah, it's...
The nice little leg-wee type things have come in.
First come first served, you know that, guys.
Oh, and I didn't get a chance to put the food bank stuff out.
They'll have to do that tomorrow.
They know what they've got to do.
But yes, let's have a look at what the craft is, is it?
So nice bits here.
Look, a nice little box.
We might keep that to keep the bits in.
Of course, it saves us money.
We're going to keep the laminating pouches.
Because obviously, we do a lot of laminating.
But it's kept for the business, you know.
So I still record this.
Okay, so like I would record what it is and take a picture of it.
And then, they're nice, aren't they?
Little stars.
And some card making things.
Look, and lovely paper.
And things like that.
Mum's coming again.
Yes, I'll be there in about two hours.
Alright, okay.
