Hi, guys.
I'm in Pontypool Market.
I'm running a bit late.
These are the stalls we're looking to take on.
17 and 21.
The application's in.
I don't want to say yay until I've got someone to run it.
Okay?
So it'll be somebody by year, and it's for the overflow of clothes that we're getting now.
Because, um...
The overflow of everything.
So we will kit this out.
Yeah?
We're good, really.
There's no cash handling.
It'll all be on one of the machines, okay?
And there'll be a smart code on the wall as well.
So there's absolutely no cash handling whatsoever.
I can't take on three or four.
Because I could literally fill this entire side now.
And this is the side I wanted, right?
Because the more you take on, the more rates you have to pay.
So I've got to double check before I take on more than two.
If we would still get the discount on rates, because we've already got one shop in Pontypool, then you might be excluded from the second shop.
See?
Yeah, there's always a catch, isn't there?
But anyway, these are the two we're looking at.
I don't want to sign them on dotted lines until I know I've got somebody reliable to run it.
We need to engage with customers.
This is going to be our overflow.
We'd still have to go to the shop, to the food bank, and the mappings, but that's fine, because we can get a stamp card, like we do at the donation centre.
So you can see it's nice.
It's pleasant to work in here.
It's lovely, because you've got the glass atrium roof, look.
It's pleasant.
Lots of other little stores.
There's something going on in there, I think.
Oh, you think they're making something in there?
Oh yeah, look, you can see the mix in there.
It's nice.
