Oh, so we have just had a £20 sale on records.
Brilliant.
It was about, it worked out £42 I think with, before the discount.
But obviously Adam for £20 and we knocked the pound off because he bought so many.
Any problems with the records, DVDs, CDs, bring them back, you know that.
I know Sammy had sold two books at Nappy prices the other day.
I think Dan sold three at Blackwood, you know.
It's a combined effort, you know.
Merchandising and pricing is a massive thing.
In shops.
This is why we ask everybody not to mess with it.
So I've just spent, anyway that was a brilliant sale, thank you to the customer.
I've just spent an hour de-stashing stationery and kitchens.
Right, don't hoard stuff behind the counters and in kitchens please.
Drives me nuts.
Absolutely insane.
Like, you don't need all this stationery.
You're never ever going to use a stapler and a baby back.
What are you going to use a stapler for?
As a volunteer, you're not.
What are you going to use a washable dry wipe marker for?
You're not.
Put them straight out in your stationery box.
You're never going to use pencils.
You're driving me nuts to do the amount of hoarding.
Because you shouldn't be pricing anyway.
You shouldn't be making up posters and pricing.
Because merchandising and pricing is a massive thing.
That's why we do it for you.
So you shouldn't be making up your own posters and things to go in the shops.
Okay, if you need a poster you need to ask for it.
So that we can make sure it's done legally.
Because pricing is a legal requirement.
Another thing, like drawing pens.
You're never going to use drawing pens and they're everywhere.
Because you've got to use Blu-Tac.
I've told you to use Blu-Tac.
So they need to go.
Things like that.
So anyway, I've cut the stationery right down because you just don't need it.
I mean, I don't even think you need the glue stick.
I'll keep it there in my common handy.
Plastic bands, yeah, we do use them.
But other than that, you only really need one ruler.
Just look after it.
Yeah, you don't need to hoard all the stuff behind the counters.
That drives me insane.
Are you alright there?
