Oh, so we've just had a lovely family drop some stuff off.
I knew they were coming, they told me.
They're clearing out storage units.
This is nice with a stool, isn't it?
I've never seen one a stool, a little one like this.
They're doing their attic and they're doing their storage container as well for families.
So, that's brilliant.
They've donated tons to us.
So, things like this.
I know it's a VHS, but VHS is a go-in at the moment.
They are one of the things that are flying in Blackwood.
I mean, look at that.
That's vintage.
It's the only aura that ever scared me.
Nothing else has ever scared me since.
I'm fearless.
But look, lovely books.
Like most child shops would be like, oh no, I don't want this.
But look, that is proper vintage.
And right now vintage stuff is in.
It's because things like this invoke memories.
It's music, books, anything.
And you think, oh, I had this book.
I mean, if you're a gardener, you know how much the gardening books are to buy and how valuable they are.
You know, and it invokes memories.
And it's brilliant, like, you know, because we're fundraising off it, like, you know, we're motion shops.
I mean, they're going, oh, no, no, no.
That's scary, isn't it?
But our videos are flying out.
They really are.
Anyway, I was talking to these ladies because they were they were on about the bowls.
And I was thinking the other day we could make bowls, you know, the ones they put on the cars and the gates and things.
Fundraising.
Oh, yeah, we could do that.
Sell the bowls, you know, two pounds each, you know, the big ones.
We've done the ribbons and some other stuff.
Alison's doing a tombola, isn't she?
I mean, look at that for vintage.
Right, and all the rest of it.
That's vintage.
What year was that?
Let's just say July 99, is there?
And anyway, they're crafters.
These ladies were just coming today.
Their family are crafters.
And they were on about all the craft and stuff they've got.
And I said, well, wow, you've got a couple of top shelfers.
I might have to put these online.
Couple of top shelfers.
Look.
Craft of vintage.
Remember these?
I remember these.
I think he's Elvis down there.
So we were chatting to them.
And what we're thinking of doing is, on top of our Lego club, because we've got a couple of shop venues we can do this in now, it's only a matter of moving the rails back in some of the shops, is a crafting event.
Crafting event for mothers, for free.
Because they do things like the glitter glasses.
You know, like you put the glitter on the glasses like this.
How many glasses have we got in there that's odd that we could use?
Right?
And these ladies, they're busy at the moment.
So these ladies are thinking of doing crafting.
And we can do it for free.
Because we all buy the crafting stuff.
None of this, oh, so you're trying to make a reef class.
Bring your own reef and your own foliage.
Right?
We can do this for the mothers.
Wouldn't that be lovely to have a crafting night for the mothers?
We can do it in Pontypool now.
Because Pontypool has literally just moved stuff out of the way.
This needs to be tidier.
The other shops are a bit smaller to do it in.
And Blackwood shuts at six, so it's a struggle with Blackwood.
But, yeah, we've got this place sorted now.
I've got two cages now on hold.
I'm second in line to buy these two cages.
Which will be fabulous.
Because me and Jan were on about it yesterday.
And Jan said you could have waiting cages here.
Because we need to use the space up, not across.
We need to store stuff upwards.
So that will be fabulous, wouldn't it?
So that's absolutely brilliant.
So that's mothers in running crafting classes for mothers.
Like I said, if we can get this...
You know, a suitable area sorted.
Even if we've got to fence it off like the top.
We've got this venue, we've got Pontypool.
We can do it in the other shops, but they're a bit smaller.
But we can have a look, can't we?
