So, morning guys.
We are getting the stuff out of the house now from the attic.
I've still got some palms and stuff that will come down from there.
So yesterday, when I was working through the night, because you know me, 24-hour shift, there was a newspaper article that's been written without my permission and my knowledge.
The article isn't that bad, but they have referred to us as a charity, so I've told them they need to change it immediately.
And they have maimed us.
They haven't used any of our pictures or our logo.
But we are fully trademarked to the hilt.
So I'm going to reiterate it again guys, because I'm a little bit annoyed because I've been offered to do newspaper articles.
I've been offered to go on the TV.
And I've turned it down because I wanted to be recognised through word of mouth via our mothers.
Because I didn't want anybody writing articles about us.
So I am a bit upset about it, because it was done without my permission.
Can I just remind people that our name, our concept, our logos are all trademarked and you cannot use them, write about them, produce anything about them, reproduce them without my permission.
My trademark law is criminal.
And if a criminal case is dealt with, then I have more levity in a court of law to take it up civilly as well.
And I will pursue it.
