Oh, sorry, you guys.
I haven't really done much.
We've had loads of people in.
Loads of people back and forth.
I've had to speak to a few customers this morning, and I've had to speak to a few customers online, that have said, oh, I'm coming over for a browse.
You can't come in this part whatsoever, okay?
You need to be warehouse-inducted, okay?
This is a warehouse.
You cannot come in here and rummage, okay?
All of this is to be sorted out and checked for safety and other items.
All right, so I've had a few people come and say...
No, you don't.
If you want to go and browse and rummage, you need to go to the shops, okay?
It's different safety, right?
Different safety for warehouses.
That's why the public isn't allowed in there.
That's why we only have certain volunteers back here.
I need volunteers that can listen and follow the rules of a warehouse, okay?
So even volunteers that work in the shop, they're not allowed back here, unless they're inducted to work within a warehouse, okay?
For obvious reasons.
You know, things are in the process of being examined and valued, okay?
So we're not going to sell stuff for like 50p from back here when it hasn't been checked for safety.
You know, we need to make sure everything, you know, is not counterfeit.
It's safe to be used.
It's got the right price point on it.
So there is no access back here for anybody from the public and volunteers unless they are specified on my list.
All right, guys.
Yeah, because, you know, we've got this here.
This is ready to be stored away for the next shop, you know?
So we don't want customers coming in and hurting their legs or falling over stuff.
And then you have height restrictions with the rack in.
Okay?
So this is why you can't come in.
The only time we will allow people in is when we're doing a private event.
