Oh, so hi guys.
We are updating some of the volunteer signs.
I've done these today.
I was cold this morning so I wanted to stay with the heater.
So I just made up some signs I have.
I could have printed them but I was just sat there doing nothing.
So we need volunteers every shop all the time.
We need car boot volunteers now to go out and raise some funds.
We've got a volunteer raising some funds tomorrow at the car boot.
We can supply you with a stock.
We pay for the pitch price and the fuel and so I need a fuel receipt.
And if you can get a receipt off the person, just take a bit of paper with you, write it out and just get them to sign it from the car boot so they can sign your pitch price as well.
It's all better for the accountant, isn't it?
And then you sell our stuff and let us know what you've got at the end.
But you can also take your own stuff.
I'm not worried if you've got like two boxes of your own stuff there as well.
We're going to need volunteers at the donation centre but we need people who can follow instructions and can check donations and say whether they're suitable or not.
So yeah, we've got that.
We need street collectors.
We're going to start doing tin on the wall as well.
So people will go out and collect.
You post the leaflets.
So you'll have a leaflet similar to this.
And it'll say what food on the back.
This one doesn't.
This is for donations.
But you'll take that one out, post it in two or three streets and then you'll go back on the selected date, pick up the bags of tins or whatever from the doorstep or the wall.
Some people, you know, knock and then drop them off to your nearest shop for their food back.
But we also got these already printed out.
So if you want to do some donations in your own street or in your own little area, post these through people's doors.
And then you can write on there what day you're going to pick them up.
And then you can either drop them all to the donation centre once you've collected them or you can give us a shout and we can come and pick them up.
So yeah, like I said, we need quite a few volunteers now, guys.
We were expanding.
So yeah, I'm sure there's a little job there for everyone.
We're pretty, pretty much flexible with the volunteering.
As long as the key holders are in, then anybody can come in any time they like, you know that.
Donation centre, I need set days with that because people need to know because they don't want to be driving around with car falls and stuff, do they?
Car boot volunteers, it'll be the day when... I mean, if it's tipping down on the day and you can't do it, then fair enough.
With the street collectors and the tin on the wall, you will have to do it on the day, it says, because obviously people have put stuff out for us.
So yeah, now I think one of our volunteers is doing Morrison's car park because it's undercover because they've got like a one story car park, haven't they?
So they've been doing it throughout the year, I think, I noticed.
So that's tomorrow, I think it's nine o'clock, but if somebody wants to do that, we've got plenty of stock for you to take.
Tons of baby clothes, whatever you wanted to do there, that'd be brilliant.
So yeah, thanks guys.
We're looking to open... the donation centre floor is dry.
I was waiting on the signs to come, but they're taking forever, but we met a guy yesterday who made signs that donated some stuff to us.
So I might go to him actually, because every time I do it with a vista print they get it wrong, so I might go to him instead and get them done.
But we will be ready to open the donation centre next week.
So I just need people to man it, take the donations, weigh them in, check the donations and whatever else.
So yeah, plenty of volunteer job opportunities guys, give me a shout.
