Just an old video I didn't record.
Right, so this is what I've picked up tonight.
This one was an ad hoc one.
The lady that was supposed to pick up the other ones from the other shops, they said they didn't even have enough for the good to go bags.
So, FYI, if they're giving out good to go bags, you're better off not buying the good to go bags and getting it for free off us.
But I'll tell you the shops we're not to buy good to go bags.
To get it free off us.
Now, things like this can't always be frozen, but they would need to be picked up.
There would be a percentage given to the volunteer that's picked it up.
Their choice.
It's up to them what they pick.
And then it needs to be refrigerated.
You'll need to go into one of our shops, you'll have a key and then you'll be asked to put this in the fridge or in the freezer with the stickers on.
OK, this particular pick up, I usually get anything from 3 to 5 bags and it's usually very good.
Now, I can't give any of this out to the public tonight.
It's going to volunteers because I need to be authorised to give it out.
So we've got plants and flowers in there.
So the plants I'm going to give to my mother for it to grow and to cut into cuttings.
And we know where they come from.
You know, there's things like this like, can you freeze it?
I'm not sure.
We'd have to check.
That meat's free then once that.
What are they then?
You know, and then obviously tons and tons of bakery then in there.
What I would suggest is my volunteers carry gloves with them at all times because you do pick up fresh.
And what I usually say is, help the shop staff.
I bagged up all of them tonight after they'd scanned them.
Because if they're free to get on with something while you're bagging this up, chances are they're going to find some more food.
Alright, so I can't give any of this out to the public tonight because environmental health know I'm picking it up.
But I'm picking it up for my personal use because I need to be authorised first to give it out to the public.
But I needed to grab the collections because we want to have the best collections from you guys.
So I'm not going to eat all of this tonight.
I'm going to have to give it to friends and family tonight.
Like the farmer, I knew I was getting more bread so that's why the farmer had all the other bread.
But what we will do is it will go into the shops, it will then be given out to the public for free donation in the box if you want to.
This is the stuff they're charging you £5 and £7 a bagful and £2 a month membership.
They shouldn't be doing it guys.
Right?
They're profiteering off it.
It's not right.
But it would be given out and then whatever left is given to the farmers for free.
The farmers have offered me money for it and I've said no.
Because they are doing me a favour.
So this is the type of collection we're looking at.
This would be a medium one because it can go from any three big bags to five bags a shop.
So I'm just giving you an example of what we would get.
Like I know I've got some shops.
Just give them a bread.
So, you know, that's like a walker.
If you were walking and you had a trolley you could take two to three bags maybe.
But just remember that bread is very heavy as well.
So you've got to think ergonomics as well.
Okay?
