But the third topic is children's services.
A lot of us here have had experience with children's services.
Be careful because I work in children's services now, in terms of the law.
I'm challenging councils very often, trying to get families reconnected, stop with adoptions.
And what people don't realise in this country now, adoption is a bloody industry in Wales.
When I was a kid, when you were growing up and kids were adopted, they were kids from broken homes.
Had parents who didn't love them.
Had no other option.
Where we're at now in Wales, you get local authorities that advertise them.
Advertise them to jobs.
And they call it RCT, there's a 40,000 round job and they wanted to develop the placement market.
Placement is another way of adoption.
So what they were doing is advertising for members of staff to develop the adoption market.
Right?
So kids are sold.
And every child adopted is worth 35,000 pounds.
It's an absolute scandal.
An absolute scandal.
You walk down the street, show these adverts, all these foster adoptions, fostered agencies.
Foster this, foster that, foster the other.
Why not support families?
Why not support families?
And I'll tell you what, it's a multi, in the UK, it's a multi-billion pound industry.
And in Wales, it's an industry worth hundreds of millions of pounds.
And it's an absolute scandal.
And what we want in Propel is to put an end.
What we're talking about is the abuse of human rights.
I guarantee in a few decades' time, there will be apologies, there will be lessons learned, there will be money to pay for families.
But the absolute scandal of, for example, very young social workers, no experience, making life-changing decisions.
And also families being threatened with children's services.
You do as you're told, otherwise we'll investigate you.
Yeah?
I mean, all this company that goes on in Wales, well, living in a country of, it's not a very nice country, to be honest.
There's a really nasty culture, a very snooty, superior culture, where people are actually living off of public purse.
They may earn 80,000, they may earn 90,000.
And suddenly, because they live in Poncana and places like that, they think they're better than you and me.
And it's all predicated on the Welsh Government, the Welsh Parliament, giving out money to their friends.
We want an end to that.
We want an end to that.
Neil, if we can do any better, you've just had our children taken, and then offer us, do we want to foster someone else's?
I've had the same.
I can foster and have other children in my house, but I can't have my own children stay the night.
Some people may be filming, so to be careful what we're saying, you must not identify anybody, but there are people who I know who are qualified to look after children.
They look after children, professionally, and they're not allowed to look after their own children.
I mean, the abuse of human rights is real, and it's here, and it's generated by Tony Blair's adoption targets.
Thank you.
