Right, so we've been doing bits and bobs today.
We haven't done much painting.
We should have tried to put extra coats on and cover up with the damages by then, what have you.
But the boys, Luke and Dave have been in and they've put up loads of screws now so that people and the volunteers can hang stuff up.
Or maybe hang some belts across there or some jewellery.
We used up all the plasterboard screws because we didn't need any more and then we found out we needed four but there we are.
So we put a load up in there as well.
And then up the stairs and other places.
So they can't but look at the floor, it looks fantastic doesn't it.
And that was from house clearance boys.
They were out of somebody's shed, they just grabbed them for me.
So we've prevented that going to landfill.
And look, it's fantastic isn't it.
They're going to clean the skirting boards off and on once they do the next coat of stripes.
They ripped that up for us as well.
Tons of plasterboard screws.
So the girls can just come down and if they've got a couple of like, or even a hanger jumper on it.
Just to make it look nice isn't it.
Just something different.
We've got a plan for that wall so wait and see.
But that needs another coat there at the top.
We can't put too much out here.
We had a couple of other hooks.
But they had two for pictures down here to keep this stable and clear see.
So we can't put too much here.
We've got a plan for the stairs.
As well.
Look at are they now.
This lot has got to be sorted.
I don't know, the painting hasn't gone too well today.
I don't think they've had a second coat.
I have to check my room.
They need to come off guys.
Off the radiators and stuff.
I think Charlene is doing that.
Somebody put that poster up tidy please.
Yeah, so really sorry we had to move these.
Take the bric-a-brac downstairs.
It's taken up too much room up here and we need the crates up here for mums to look through the clothes.
So yeah.
Have you only done the green at the top?
What about the ones for the doors over there?
Because they don't look like they've been touched by...
Yeah, but by where the back store room is.
They don't look like it's been painted again.
I don't know, these colours are not working for me are they?
And above the door look where they...
I buggered it up.
I did tell you them colours don't work are they?
They don't do they?
I don't know.
There's something about it.
Anyway, don't worry.
We can't change it now.
We're just using too much paint.
Do you know what?
I've got to change it.
What are we missing now in here?
Right, okay.
We're going to sort that out.
We've got to get that.
That Disney Princess one up got to come up.
The boys want to have the drill with them.
They've only got the tools.
Move that one up here now.
Because we've got all the circular ones down there for the boutique.
I wouldn't take this one downstairs guys.
It's a big rail to one dangle down the stairs.
Keep this up here now for your adult clothes.
We pulled that off.
Because, you know, genius me.
Like I had the three boys here to do the work like.
We were going to mount the prams on the wall.
So we got brackets and everything to mount at least two prams on the wall.
But it's the wall.
It's just all a mortar.
Look, you can see the black mortar coming out the wall.
It's because it's an old shop.
And I mean they put it in right with bolts and everything.
It just wouldn't hold it.
So they decided to abandon that job.
Which is a shame because it would have looked nice.
Because this one is a lovely vintage, you know.
We'd have to sell it as a collector's, I don't know.
Which is lovely.
But it could be there for a while, couldn't it?
So it would have looked nice up there and there.
But it hasn't worked out again.
There we are.
There we are.
So prices are too high on the bric-a-brac.
It's got to come down.
We are here to be cheaper than charity shops.
So they've got to come down, guys.
It's too much.
50p at all.
Get it gone.
More tomorrow.
