Oh, hiya guys.
We've been busy.
We still haven't changed the sign.
Anyway, we've done our Valentine's Day window and tidied up ready for Charlene in the morning.
How to just plaque on.
I've got the flags up ready for Six Nations.
And then obviously we've got some more stuff for St. David's and more of you.
He's just sorted out the sign now.
But we've got some nice stocking as well for Valentine's Day.
We've got two per each on them.
The hearts are ours.
We bought them today to decorate with.
So, the mappies are there.
So, we've been busy.
Oh, my rubbish bag.
Okay.
Right, we un-stocked because we had rails from Shores and things to put together.
So we've done that.
We had that lovely Apex one over there.
Then we had this big one.
Then we had this one.
And then we had the two little ones already.
We had that lovely wooden one.
And this one.
Roy and Ellen have been over here helping us as well.
Fair play to them.
We've put up some of the...
I've tried to iron them.
They're awful to iron.
The backdrop.
So your kids can come and have pictures with them.
It's free.
You take the pictures.
Nothing to do with us.
If you want to tag us on Facebook, you can.
But you don't have to.
It's not compulsory.
So, that's all there.
Just come in and have your kids have a picture with them.
That's my party trick, that is.
I can do bloomedogs.
So we found a pack.
So we knocked some up.
We've had a good clean up in here now today.
Once those teats are gone, that's it.
They're gone.
I've got the school one up.
Don't pay for school pictures.
Bring them in.
Take a picture up against the backdrop.
Got a counter up now.
So bits and bobs or things we've got to keep an eye on.
Because we can't leave for kids.
We've got them on the counter.
Because they could choke on them, couldn't they?
Yeah, because they're little.
I don't know, I'll just send them as a set.
Somebody will have them, won't they?
We have to throw some on.
That's like frozen.
I think they're called tum-tums.
I'm not sure.
We need a training day on kids stuff.
Because I don't know what.
You've got these.
Yes, that's our lucky dip tarot.
We've got these ones up here at £2.
We found them.
We've got a little Macmillan beer.
We sit in by there.
So we've put all them... Yeah, they're nice.
They're brand new, they are.
So it looks nice over there now, look.
So we've put up some of the bits and bobs on here.
So it looks a bit tidy, look.
Pop them there.
Toiletries.
Helen did well in here today.
Hoover don't work.
We've got to get a decent Hoover over here.
Didn't get a chance to build that.
Shoes.
We've got quite a few incontinence pads over here.
We've spoken to the incontinence service.
Because I know them well.
And they said charge a pound a pack.
That's the least people can pay this out for that.
Because they can't take them back because of hygiene reasons.
Right, we've done that backdrop as well.
So you can dress your kids up if you want.
Bring them down, I don't mind.
Or just sit them in front of you.
We've gone through toys.
Make sure they're all together.
That keeps falling over.
I've given up on it.
We've got our signs up there.
Rough price guides for any volunteers that come in.
Or customers if they're not sure.
We try and do generic pricing.
It's easier for the staff.
Easier for my auditing and my accountant.
So like two pounds.
There's only a few things we charge more.
We've got some abadash.
We're into our abadashery now.
That one is from the one we bought the other day.
Plus we bought those.
I haven't got any for Julie.
We've had to use them over a year.
Helen have gone through a year and have a good sort out today.
We didn't find the things to put them up.
So yeah.
There we are.
We're doing what we can guys.
Because I know people are coming in and asking for staff.
We had Luke and Dave turned up this morning.
Absolutely amazing.
They turned up and they did loads of stuff for us as well.
The Ponchi Pool Market boys they are.
They did well for us.
They put the rail up because obviously safety reasons.
You need to have two rails on stairs.
For staff and customers.
But if we want to open up downstairs.
Then obviously we need to have two rails.
I got another one down the shop.
But I'll ask the house clearance boys.
If anybody got one.
Give them to us.
Because it's so expensive.
You're looking at 40 to 60 quid.
Plus I'm sure they're like 25 quid.
They handle things.
So if anybody got one.
Let us know.
Because we need one to go down there.
The other.
It's only about five steps.
We still need one down there.
And we need one on the front step.
Well we've got to have one on the front stairs.
Because staff might use the stairs.
So I've still got to have one haven't I?
We didn't get a chance to clean the window.
This is my Fantasia 2000 sign.
That somebody donated to me for the fundraise.
But we've put it up.
If we're going to sell it.
I'm looking about 60 pound to sell it.
Because it's got Fantasia 2000 on the back.
Because it is a Disney one.
But to be honest.
I'd rather the kids enjoy it.
So unless it goes for like 60, 50.
As far as I'm concerned.
We're leaving it up for the kids.
So back room.
We still haven't got sorted.
We've got a lot of pads.
But we're there.
Roy has taken one of those home to work on.
And we need more donations now guys.
So if anybody got any donations.
Drop them off to us guys.
You know we can't pick up at the moment.
We're crazy busy.
I know we got a 25 pound on the delivery.
And whatever.
But we can't pick up anyway.
We're too glum and knackered if I'm honest.
With everything.
So I think we might be selling off the wire.
I don't know about the wood.
But the wire might go if anybody is interested.
But we're not going to be using this room at the moment.
Eventually it'll probably be for donations once it starts.
You know what it's like.
You know how many donations we'd get.
But at the moment it's just there.
But I mean we've only got to just fill up the rails.
And put them straight.
And put some stuff on the table haven't we.
So one of those big islands.
You know those islands we had.
The tea cake place would be good there.
Ready for brick or brack.
Or if my house clearance boys come over.
Can you put the stuff in this back room for us.
We'd really appreciate that.
And then we'd give us a chance to sort through the antiquities then.
Oh there's a rubbish.
Yeah so there we are.
There's three for a pound.
Maybe we've got to go back downstairs.
I've got a couple of chairs.
We could do over a few more chairs.
Because you know people are disabled.
People like to try on shoes.
People are pregnant.
You know.
Elderly people.
So they like to sit down don't they.
So yeah.
There we go guys.
Ready to rock and roll.
Dan's arse in the background.
Moaning everyone.
So yeah.
We kept that one clear.
Because then.
Just in case you want to stand up there.
To take a picture like.
With the little ones.
But that's free and you do it on your own phone.
And if you want to keep it private you can.
We're not worried about that.
We just bought it so.
You know nice pictures with the kids can't you.
Yeah so that's us then.
Yeah we have got CCTV up in the shop already.
We were lucky with this one.
We've got loads of CCTV downstairs as well so.
We've been lucky twice with CCTV.
Because we've got it up above our bed and me.
So risk we have to buy ourselves and put it up.
But so we've been lucky fair play.
Always lucky.
Wherever we are in we.
I mean that's a bit minging but.
Whatever.
We've sorted it out won't we.
So I need painters over here now.
If anyone wants to do some painting tomorrow.
Right.
Wrapping up now we are.
