Cosmetic box now.
Most of this was mine because I keep buying stuff and I'm like, oh I'll buy that, I'll buy that.
And then never get around to using it.
But then some of it has come in as well.
Because we're sorting through the donations that we've had over Christmas now.
Before they go down the shop because there's literally no room in the shops.
So yeah, there's some lovely stuff in there.
I think they're Victoria's Secrets, they are.
They're awful strong.
I smell those.
They're awful strong.
So yeah, lovely stuff.
Anything there.
I always over buy cosmetics myself.
I always do.
And like if people have given me, I think somebody gave me that.
In part of a gift.
I can't stand those sheet masks on my face.
So they'll go to the refuge.
Yeah, so if you are in a refuge, can you let the staff know in the refuge that we are working with refuges as much as we can?
We know that there's protocols and things with the refuges and that we can't turn up at the refuge.
That's not a problem.
Some of the refuges have got to sign up in the common room there.
And all the kitchen areas.
So that they know to contact us when they're in there.
Can you ask your... because it's different in different areas as well.
Because we go into Tobain and we go into Caerphilly.
So can you just be aware that... Sorry, my son's coming in.
Just be aware that different areas do different things.
Like I know Tobain have allowed us to put up a poster about ourselves in their kitchen area.
So they've done that.
But if you're in a refuge, can you let the other girls know as well?
That we are here to help.
Can we just clarify what the procedure is if you want free items?
If you want shop bought items, you can just walk in the shop and buy them.
It's not a problem.
If you want us to help you for free, you have to put it in a letter written.
We need to have your address on there as well.
And your name and your signature.
And you need to deliver it to either the managers of the shops or our home address.
And when you need to list what items you need, we will only give you what you've listed.
And you will need to collect those items from either of the shops or our address.
We do deliver out if people are in need.
But that is under special circumstances.
If people have got donations now, we have had a chat with Trading Standards and other charity shops like St. David's Foundation.
They charge £25 for delivery now.
And that's per item.
So we can work on the premises that we do a carful.
So if you want us to pick up a carful, there will be a charge involved and they will be for delivery as well.
Because we are so busy now, we just can't pick up the donations anymore.
We do have several drop off points.
Loads of drop off points around South Wales.
And we are always looking for more drop off points.
Saves you making the full journey.
You can drop off at the shops 24 hours.
And you can drop off at our home address as well.
But if it's delivery, obviously it will be a carful.
It won't be one item like they charge.
But just so that people are now fully aware of the protocol.
That if you want help from us, you need to put it in writing and deliver it to one of the shops.
Because we need to have a record of what you are asking for.
So please don't just ask on Facebook.
Say I want this, I want that, I want that.
Because we are not going to help you.
Because obviously we need to have a written record of what we are giving to you for free for our books.
Alright, so I'm quite sure the other groups do it this way as well.
We've been quite lenient in the past.
But obviously after this palaver last night now.
Where we refused to sell these prams to the girls.
If I'd have sold those prams to the girls.
If I'd have gone, yeah, 500 each.
Oh, it would have been absolute ructions this morning if I'd have sold those prams.
I couldn't win either way, could I?
So, like I said, if you want help.
And we can't guarantee you brands either.
It's literally what we've got in stock at the time if you're looking for help.
