Oh, so we've been busy this morning.
I've had two volunteers in.
I've been lucky.
God has answered my prayers.
And I've had a lad in this morning that likes auditing.
And he's started auditing my stock.
How brilliant is that?
So he's had a go.
We've got him a clipboard.
And he's starting to go through it all now.
So that's absolutely brilliant.
We've had somebody use the petrol bank service this morning.
We haven't sold any books.
Come on guys, come and get me a box.
I've got millions of them.
Right, yes, so we've had loads of donations.
I think... did I take pictures of the bags this morning?
I can't remember.
I'll have to remind volunteers as well to take pictures of the bags.
I've got two here and I don't know where they've come from.
But they're a bit damp.
I'm going to have to have a look at them.
I don't know where they are.
So we've just had three massive bags in.
We've sorted all of these.
They're ready to be hung up.
The bags look good, don't they?
The thing is I'm too short to get them down.
So you'll have to buy your bag in advance and pick it up a week later until I can get the step ladder and get it down.
Oh no, I think you just took them off.
Oh yeah, they're not through the handles.
You just took off the things.
I might be able to reach them.
You might be lucky.
We've got the back drops up because they are a bitch to iron.
No wonder they charge you £42 to have your photos taken.
Look, they're awful to iron.
So we've still got lots of sheets, lots of bedding.
The girls have sorted that out.
So yeah, lovely stuff.
Lovely sets in there.
It's all nice and tidy.
Trying to zoom out.
I got a fella pricing me up some racking today.
I was so lucky up the other shop when I had that racking for free.
Because this is getting a bit of a managinary of items and it's taking up a lot of space.
So I've measured up for racking to go across the wall there.
Now it's second hand racking and to the beams.
Because we've stored stuff under there and there and then we're losing the rest and we could put them on the green crates because we get loads of green crates.
So my other volunteer have tidied up the shoes.
They look fab because they were getting a bit of a mess.
But we've got some beautiful shoes in guys.
Look at them sandals down there sparkling away.
Honestly, beautiful shoes.
Don't buy new now for your Christmas party.
Look at these.
I'm amazed these are still here.
These are lovely.
Oh and these are nice.
Look how sparkly they are.
Look at them.
So yeah, tons up there look.
Yeah, loads of those.
Still loads of children's shoes.
But it's a bit dark over here.
I think it'll be... yeah, I think with those backdrops up.
But they need to be hung, see, because they're all full of iron.
They're pretty good.
I ironed them as they were.
I tried doing it with a sheet first.
That's nice.
Sheet.
But they were still hard work even without the sheet.
So that's the only problem with these backdrops.
You've got to permanently keep them up or hang them.
So when we put them away now, we'll have to put them away like in the back room or hang in I think.
Be easier.
So yeah, we've had a good day today.
I've got more donations.
I was going to take you out to show you the rest of the donations.
I've got to try and keep a record of what's coming in as well.
So I've got some sheets and bedding available for pets.
This lot's just come in now.
So yeah, busy busy as normal guys.
So if anyone wants to come down and volunteer, you're more than welcome.
But while we have go, look at these clothes.
Look, there's nothing wrong with them.
They're beautiful, aren't they?
Look at them.
That's nice.
I love that.
Ah, that's beautiful, isn't it?
All folded up.
I'm messing up now, you know I will.
But yeah, look, beautiful stuff.
Absolutely beautiful stuff we do have.
These look cute.
Oh, I think it's a shirt on all in one.
I don't know if it's shorts as well.
That's nice though, isn't it?
For the summer.
I know we're having summer clothes in, but that's the way it goes.
That's lovely, isn't it?
Look at that.
Paddling pool.
Looks like it's brand new in the thing.
The guy I'm turning up for the jigsaws, if anybody wants to volunteer to take the jigsaws home and test them for me, I'd appreciate that.
We've got some rails that are a bit of a noose and so Roy's going to weld them.
I don't know if we're going to catch him before he goes on holiday now, but we should do.
We're going to have a week.
So, I was going to do some more painting in the boutique room, but I haven't got around to it because we've just been so busy.
These shoes by Yer are a little bit ropey.
I think you get a little bit more out of them, or they might be alright now for the winter in the garden, walking the dog.
So, they're literally like 50p3 for a pound, those two crates by there.
So, grab them guys.
The lucky dip taro has gone well.
The lock has worked out well today for the volunteers and myself.
You know, I'm going to worry about your stuff then.
So yeah, we've been busy busy.
I'm going to have lunch now and then sort all these donations out.
