Right, so I'm doing the volunteer list now.
I've just printed off a pile of signage, you know, that we need like prices and stuff like that for the £2 clothes.
So I'm just printing off a volunteer list now.
So this will be kept on my secure document.
Only one copy in my secure document.
Just in case anybody from the Council needs it, the Charity Commission, I can't think of anybody else.
I don't know if HMRC probably wouldn't want to see this.
It's nothing to do with them because they don't involve money.
But just, you know, like everybody's agreed to have their name put on there.
I'm not going to put ideas because I don't need to.
I'm just going to put down like, will you help?
Like, you know, it's easier, isn't it?
Because then when we put our website up and when we're applying for grants and things like that, we've got bragging rights, haven't we?
We've got to look at all our volunteers.
Like, these are all the people that work for us and they're fantastic.
But don't forget, if you want to volunteer, and if you're claiming things like PIP or, I don't know, do they do job seekers now?
Or is it all Universal Credit?
I don't know what it is anymore.
You can volunteer and volunteering can go well for your job seekers.
I'm waiting for the Job Centre to get back with me.
We can liaise with the Job Centre so it can go towards like a working profile.
But they haven't gone back to me yet.
It was a couple of weeks ago so I might have to pop in and see them, I think.
But you can volunteer.
Nobody can stop you from volunteering.
And if you get any problems with it, give me a shout and I will read the riot act to these people.
But you know, it is for your mental health as well as helping other people that you are able to volunteer.
And as your employer, because even though you volunteer, we're still your employer, obviously we've got our insurance and everything.
Which is all checked by the council.
I'm not sure if they've got a copy on records, I'm not sure.
Should we get all of that?
We have to update it every year and everything.
And we've got our health and safety page to try and help you go through stuff.
Please watch the videos, they are boring, but just watch whenever you know and again and then you're in there and you know you've seen them.
A lot of it is common sense, you know, like don't put the rubbish bin next to electrical plugs because you know it's going to start a fire at some point.
Or it could, couldn't it?
You know, silly things like that.
But you know, it's common sense, a lot of it is.
But yeah, as your employer, if you've got any disabilities, learning difficulties or anything like that or mental health problems or anything like that, just give us a shout because we need to make reasonable adjustments as your employer by law.
So whatever, if you need to have a rail in the toilet or if you need to have a rail you or a special seat or something like that or a special device to help you do whatever you're doing, let us know and we'll do our best to fulfil that for you.
So I'll let you know how many we got.
My drop off points.
Can my drop off points just give me a shout because I know we got a couple, but they change quite a bit the drop off points.
So let me know.
I'm not going to record your area.
I'm just going to record your name.
That's all.
And this will only be, only I will have access to this and it will only be given to official bodies, governing bodies and things like that.
For example, the Charity Commission, the council, if they need it.
Nobody else needs it.
It only needs to be, it would probably be trading standards and environmental health.
I can't see anybody else from the council requiring to see it.
So it would only be environmental health and I will ensure that it is top brass to see it.
Nobody else.
Trading standards.
So that's Mrs. Watkins and Leah and who else would say Charity Commission.
So they would be the only ones that would see it.
So there we are guys.
So yeah, drop off points.
Give me a shout.
If you think I might have left you off, give me a shout.
I think we're down to 41 I'm not sure.
41 might be, might be 42.
I'll let you know.
