We're not one of these charities to get thousands and thousands of pounds because we're not a charity. But we got a little bit that we can help other people out with that are doing things for free in the community. So I just wanted to go through these complaints now. I I gotta blow this on for you. I'll have to add it on a little bit for the windscreen.

Obviously, we're still upset about it. Daniel's gone through every single one. He's read every single one of these complaints. He's not happy. I mean, he's 24 years of age.

A man is giving up their time to help mothers seven days a week. He was in Pontypool shop last night working till 11:00 after he done a shift in Blackwell shop. And then you've got people like this that, stalking us, trying to get a shutdown with their stupid So, anyway, this this one is something where we were looking into doing a CIC in 02/2022, and she's chased this up from somewhere. So Leah is my trading standards officer. So this is the ones that, have been going back and forth.

Now what I was told when I started with this subject access complaint was I was told that that we were under the same umbrella as Ian Smith and Haley Thomas because there was a lot of feuding going on and Ian Smith and Haley Thomas were writing complaints about us. So they kept us all under one, one roof because they could monitor the complaints that were going on because they could see that that something isn't quite right in this scenario when it was just a pedophile and her anyway. So they could see that and they could see that we were being dragged into it with the scruffs of our necks even though we had nothing to do with homelessness. And we made a point of a point of not having anything to do with homelessness so that they didn't have anything in connection with us to both bother us whatsoever. Now these are somewhat out of order now, and I think they've blocked the data on this so much is a bit gutting.

But you know when we've when we've moved up to Blackwood. So this is another complaint and the comp the case classification referral is and, unfortunately, they've blocked it out. So we don't know what that was, but it must have been sensitive because the council feel is too sensitive for me to read a complaint about myself. So I'd have to go to court to get what that complaint was about, but this this was the first one and it it is against us. And don't forget, when you ask for subject access request, I could have asked through all the complaints about me, but I didn't.

I only asked for all the complaints of Haley Thomas and HGT. Okay? We know the pedophile makes up complaints in his sleep, so we don't need it, do we? Right? But if I want to if you had a neighbor now that was writing complaints about you, you could say, well, can I have a neighbor about my Jane Smith next door?

Because she's writing complaints about me, and I wanna know what she's writing because I think they're unfair. And then you could challenge that, and this is where we're at now. So the police will go into the council, and they will say, right, we want the file in full. We want everything unblocked, which they are allowed to do because they're investigate. They're gonna investigate the matter, to see if it is malicious.

They think it is. So they're gonna so this one then again, Blackwood Marketplace problem, problems with business practices. This is her complaints, you see. This is the complaint she's made. Right?

So she's put us down there, like right? So she's put down there now that, I don't know who's these user details on here that we're not running our business. Correct. Being Blackwood. So we got another one here now.

And then this one is details of complaint. Now it's been it's been passed out again. It's been deemed too sensitive. So it's probably a lot of rubbish, you know. If if they've passed it out because they think it's sensitive, there we are.

So they've got overpricing of goods, charity state does not registered food bank. Well, number one, we're not a charity, and we never said we are. Number two, we are a registered food bank. And number five, number five. Number one, number two, number five, number 12.

Number three, overpricing. You didn't want me to be a charity shop. Yeah. Remember? Remember you kept complaining?

So, therefore, I am anything I wanna be now because I'm not answerable to anything. So I can charge anything I like now. I don't need to charge charity shop prices. The difference is that we got better stock than you, and we're more popular, and we got nicer stuff than you, and people are spending money with us. That's the problem, isn't it?

It's nothing to do with overpricing, is it? Because I could charge anything I like. And and, like, half the time, we're on sale anyway. 3 for a pound isn't overpricing on adult clothes. How much are your clothes?

Exactly. The the the problem is the people are spending money with me and nor you. That's the problem. So here's another one now, and for some unknown reason, they've crossed it out here. This one again is Blackwood.

It's funny how it's Blackwood, and it's not Pontypool, and it's not do you see what I mean? It's only Blackwood. Can you see? Yeah. Trading practices of business.

That's the complaint she's putting in like, you know. I see, well, with my trading practice, I've been in in retail for years. Complained about charity. I'm not even a charity. Oh, and that one was in Risca.

Yeah. Yeah. So this is this one was in Risca. So she started complaining about Risca shop. Oh, they've kept they've blocked out the dates because I would have liked to have had the dates.

But I mean, this is going on since we've started, mind. So this one then, unfair commercial practicing. Yeah. Let's go sleep in it. Ask Risca, that one.

Who meets her in Risca, I see. The pantry. Yeah. So she don't want us trading in the pantry, not the food. She don't want us trading down with her because obviously, we're knocking them off the, well, that's a color letter.

What's on the back? Oh, that's just how it works. They obviously, we're knocking them off the pedestal, don't we? Because they charge for their food and everything else. Blah, blah, blah.

So Thursday 2024, this was in July. Social services. Could you confirm whether or not Jane's Baby is allowed to make referrals on behalf of social services? Well, I don't make, complaint. Now this is on the website.

Remember this was on the website? I don't make complaints social services. I make complaints on behalf of Jane's Baby Bank, you fool. Right? Are you sick?

Are you sick or what? Right? So I I don't work for social services. I work for myself. Okay?

So if I wanna make a social services complaint about a mother or a business or somebody like that, then I can't. And there's nothing you can do to stop it. So all of this now are are endorsed by social services. Never said I was endorsed by social services. Anybody in the country can make a complaint about somebody's social services.

I don't know when this one is. I can't it's all in all in Welsh. Oh, you are. Look, we've got nearly 400 comments on one of our Facebook posts along with lines of the following to trading standards, look, she's done this. And this was on the the February 2024.

So this is when the website came up. Remember? Reports indicate James Babybank is scamming in Blackwood Risk, Newport, and Pontypool. Why isn't there an investigation? Because we're a legitimate business.

We're a legitimate shop. We're a legitimate food bank. We're a legitimate baby bank. Yeah. And Caffney Barrel Council have been it all off anyway.

Fraudulent It's always foreign accounts that that she's made on this website. Yeah. Pontefool, warrant immediate immediate investigation. Why the inaction? Because we're not doing anything wrong.

That's why we've just had a thousand pound grant off the council. There we are. See? This is all it's based on the accounts and the names we have received. The comments are all the same, similar with certain spam, but we want to bring it to your attention.

So that's her, right, writing to the council to tell them that her website is spamming on their, their page. Why why would you do that? If I seen somebody now, right, say, I don't know. Let's click this. Say say nod for church.

Odd for church are nice. If I've seen somebody scamming on the the council's page to do a nod for church, I wouldn't ring the council. I'll write to the council and say, oh, there's a website spamming. I'd let a nod for church deal with it. I'd show my support for them, but I I'd let them deal with it.

Or Healing Baptist Church or or Blackwood Church or or or such and such a food bank or the trust, I'd let them deal with it. Why would you go out of your way to email the council about spam, about me on their post when they know about it? No. Because we wanna draw their attention to the website that you've made. We're not stupid.

We have put charity applications in. I don't wanna be a charity because right now, I can sit there and do this and it ain't gonna affect my affect my status and my baby bank whatsoever. However, you are a registered charity and you are answerable to the charity commission. I'm not answerable to anybody. I'm a low one to myself.

That's why the council work with me because they know that, and they'd rather work with me than not. This business is operated in numerous locations across various authorities and some are still very active. Yeah. She seems to have been evicted. We haven't been evicted from anywhere we left because we've had a guts for other landlords, and they hadn't done their correct asbestos reports.

And, actually, I went into one of the town councils the other day and they had a picture of their asbestos reports. And I took a picture of it. I thought, oh, yes. That is something I can remember coming up. It's not applicable to not applicable to this actual conversation I'm having right now.

But this is what another building has done. This got asbestos within the building. I thought, oh, that's what the other landlord should have done and that's what the council were looking for. This has nothing to do with this complaint whatsoever. I just happened to see that.

That's all and I thought, oh, that is what they were talking about. So we left because of the asbestos and because, the landlords were getting a nuisance. The landlords wouldn't keep Ian Smith off the site and the police said that they would enforce it above and bargain. And he was going on on news and we'd outgrown the place anyway. And the printing shop was awful off opposite it in the other garage, but it was awful.

And there was rats up there from the food businesses. And we're the food bank. It's all prepackaged and we we were getting rats everywhere and we were like, oh. And then risk it, the pantry sun damaged the roof on purpose and there was asbestos in the roof and there was loads of stuff going on. And to be honest, do you know what?

Best thing we ever did was leave those two premises. Open up other venues in our area, having that information needs me to believe she is. Isn't ceasing trading, really moving stock around. We moved premises. Of course, we're gonna take the stock with us.

And then when we couldn't take any more stock with us, we give it free. Not that I need to explain myself, but we gave it free to the public. We gave it back. We said, right, I can't do no more with a stock. Come and take what you like.

When we've had people that have, you know, been asking for too much and we're like, well, where's all your money going? Because you need extra help now then. Because if you literally need all these food banks from all these different people every week, you know, then a number of groups that appears to be targeted by James Baby Bank. Yeah.

The groups that's being targeted by James Baby Bank are the ones that mouth us off and that the ones that are ripping people off. I got a check by you now because we're giving out 50 to a food bank that's free. We're not targeting them. We're giving out 50 out free to help them because they're helping people for free. We're hoping to do this every month, guys.

If we pay it via their bank account, but the check is for the picture, obviously. And it's becoming a a problem in passing on those who are all doing good work for the communities. Yeah. You might not be filtering off the top, but that that is wrong under trading standards law because none of those posters they say that that food is being sold back to people in need.

We said we have not we have had concerns raised previously about this organization, so we have not linked it with ourselves. Yeah. All the complaints are coming off you, Hailey Thomas. It just goes on and on and on and on. Oh, and the council have contacted me.

They've missed out, tenancy and housing as well, and they haven't put that in. So there is more coming more with these because they they didn't realize it was with it everywhere she's complained. Of course, people from other places in the council have seen this and so we've had complaints. We need to we need to speak to That's about the children's social services. I mean, you know, if this is, this is a letter apparently that I was again, wrong name on the top, to apologize about Jane, Jen Spinks' behavior.

I've never received this letter. It just went to the council. I never received it. They just give this to the council to show that they, because they, of course, they were tagging, trading standards in it. So trading standards says stop tagging us in your post, Hailey.

Because we don't want I mean, you tell your staff to get off our back. We don't want people tagging us when there's nothing to be complained about. You know, they come in as they should periodically to check what we're doing. So, yes, this is this I've never heard this. Oh, no.

But she was charged for them. They are given by Tesco's, and Tesco's believe that they're given out to people in the in the public to help them, but they the lady got charged for that. But Hayley Thomas decided she would put that in writing in her complaints because, obviously, the pantry has everything to do with her in risk. You know? This one now against oh, this is Park Place.

Charity reference. So this is when we were in Big Risk Gap. Yeah. So it comes through on the years with the look of it, but it got transferred to ours. And then Charity Shop for good services.

I was gonna say that I was gonna message you about that, because maybe they might give you what our actual complaint was. But I can't see a date on it, but that's the reference there.

I have got it, but you could ask about what the issue was there with the pet food, you know. I don't know what to do with heat shit here if you've gotten the blanket open. So trading standards, I can't advise on this. The trainer's had a bit of a piss off, but she won't listen to it. Look.

And now the council have missed out the section, so they're gonna get from when we were doing stuff on the driveway or leaving stuff on the driveway. She's put complaints about that as well. Giving giving stuff away for free to people.

So there we are. Like I said now, I mean, I knew there was gonna be complaints because they told me I was expecting environmental health, putting standards, because she's a shadow. You know, picking on a single mother who's very very ill, who's out there every day with her son trying to help people seven days a week, late at night, working in the shops, trying to make it so the mothers can come in and have a cup of tea now and all people can bring their dog in and come and have a cup of tea. Working till 11:00 at night, and she's right writing complaints about us. Even though the council have totally and utterly said that we, you know, we've passed this.

We passed that. Yes. You can do that. You can do this to improve blah blah blah, and we do it. You know?

And, what I was not expecting, which upset me even more and I like I told you, I have been suicidal over the website. I'm not gonna lie to you guys. I never lie to you. I try and be as transparent as I can. There is information in there that is uploaded word for word on that website online, that malicious website, and that is the that is the criminal offense.

While it's not a criminal offense, it is a criminal offense to keep futhering about people. That is a criminal offense in itself, writing complaints because it's malicious communication because there's no need for it and it's harassment, but the website is the one that's gonna put the nail in your coffin, to be honest. And like I said, I'm not a charity. I'm not answerable to nobody. And the police, the councils, they know that.

That's why they're working with me because nobody is stopping me. Nobody is stopping me whatsoever. And you've had to limit yourself to 15 food banks a week because you're too busy fannying about what's going on in my life. We do way more than 15 food banks a week. We've done about three or four baby banks this week.

How many baby banks have we given out this week? I don't really care. I don't care what you're doing. I never have cared what you're doing. I've never bothered with you.

I never wanted anything to do with you because I knew you were this type of person. And now I proved it to everybody. Like I said, you're more than welcome to contact the council and ask how many complaints I've written about you and print them off. You won't have as much as this. I can tell you that now.

I can tell you that now. You need to concentrate on what you're doing. You need to grow up. You're a 50 year old woman. I am taking it further.

You need to delete your website. You're already on a cease and desist. Or you and I will be contacting the charity commission about your behavior because look at it. It's not just one complaint or two complaints. It's a it's a website.
