I'd answer Katie Louise Payne - (275 words) - Jaynes Baby Bank
I'd answer Katie Louise Payne.
I'm not sure who she is.
AI pictures.
They're all AI pictures, aren't they?
They're not real pictures of individuals.
So I don't know.
But anyway, I thought I'd know.
We've sold at least 10.
They are trying to find new premises in Pontypool and they have contacted my landlord who have shops available.
So, that's not true.
I have spoken to my own landlord, maybe the same landlord as me, I'm not sure, about renting out a third space that they own as well as P1 and P2 and they've agreed on it.
I just haven't signed the lease because I'm waiting on funding to come through from different sources.
Because I don't want to take on any more places.
And primarily, I wouldn't be looking at another shop in Pontypool.
I would rather now put the money into a way house to Vine Cwmbranwy to take the pressure off the Pontypool shop.
Pontypool's footfall in general, with all the shops has gone down.
There's a lot of shops struggling over there.
But I think it's the same everywhere.
Everywhere is the same.
So, you can't just say Pontypool because everywhere is struggling at the moment until we get through this credit crisis.
People are still dropping like flies.
But to lie and say that we've contacted another landlord about another shop is, you know, again lies.
We've got P3.
If we want it, we've only got to sign the lease for it.
I just haven't signed it because I don't want to commit to another £400 a month without having some sort of funding behind us in the current climate.
