Um, I might sound a bit funny guys, because I'm a bit down there with my tush, that's what it is.
But it's coming up nice, look guys, I mean it's literally just had a wipe, that's all it's had.
It's going to come up lovely now.
Ah, it made me laugh last night, those videos.
I was going to do one yesterday before she even put those videos up, because I'm an idiot.
Right, some idiot put this together.
A blooming Playmobil set.
Oh, I'm just laughing there, look at those little faces.
I don't think they like that.
And they've put an ear clip in there and a jigsaw piece.
And I'm like, what the hell?
Can you not see?
They're not related.
And I'm like, this is why I have to train the volunteers not to put jigsaw pieces in my bloody Playmobil.
I was rocking that.
Anyway, let's go back to my sign.
It's coming up very nice.
Now, I have a tripod lock.
Found this kicking around the house.
Somebody donated it.
The other one I had with the ring light broke.
Somebody gave me, unfortunately.
Right, let me see if I can... I've got to try and get this on this extendable bit now.
Right.
Think you're there, guys.
Think you're there.
I've got space to put it now.
Oh, you want a tripod and no space?
Let me have a look.
What have I done now?
I've got stuff everywhere.
I've got tissues and wipes because I didn't know what was going to work the best on this.
Sign, you see.
I didn't know what would be the best for getting them up nice and clean.
There we go.
Anyway, I haven't sprayed him yet.
They were whining last night about PPE.
The volunteers don't have PPE.
It's all kept under the sink.
So, if you're a volunteer and you didn't think they had PPEs under the sinks.
But if you read the information we give you when you start, you'd know that.
There we are.
Some people say they read it, some people don't.
Oh, here it is.
This is what I'd love to see, guys.
Like I'd say, I'm not in it for the money.
I'm in this now to rescue this and somebody will have this.
And if they want to, you know, do business or whatever.
Are you alright?
I've got a live stream on in here just for you to be aware.
What's that?
I've got a live stream on just for you to be aware.
Live what?
On Facebook, yeah.
Oh, on Facebook.
Alright, I'll then clean in the screen.
Everything's half price but we only take card and contactless.
You'd only be in the thing if you crawled across the front of the sign.
Because that's where it is.
Yeah, it was here before, aye.
Yeah.
No worries.
And then our offer this week is spend ten pounds.
Yeah.
And you get five pounds worth of stuff for free.
Just give me this and the demolition boys.
So we'll auction it, they'll raffle it now and then get some nappies out of it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's coming up alright.
Oh, good.
No mucking in it.
Yeah, a bit of algae I think.
Probably should never go any sunnier on this bit because the market place was so big.
So, but the sun that comes through now is down.
Yeah, it's not big at all, sir.
Yeah, it is.
Watch this now because it is dirty.
Well, I'm just going to see if I can get down to pressure water it but I think...
I think it'll come up quite nice to just be white.
Yeah.
I don't even need to bring a... well, I can do the pressure washer for outside anyway.
So we'll have it up.
It's just coming off.
Look, guys.
Oh, here it is.
It's lovely, isn't it?
I don't think it fits on the front of our shop.
I think it's too big.
I think it'd be too big.
It's too wide to go on the front of our shop to just put up there.
Erm...
So we'd have to put it, like, on the wall in the back garden if nobody wants it.
I mean, I can't see it with you.
I think people want it.
We've had interest already.
I just don't have a chance to read the messages because I want to get the dirt off before it gets...
in the shop, you know.
It's not very sunny.
But this is what I love doing, see, is this rescuing.
We were going to go up there.
I've got to be honest.
We were going to go in there.
We were going to strip it for the cable.
Obviously dress bar.
We were going to strip the cable.
We were going to go in there and see if they had anything like this in there.
Signs.
There was loads of furniture in there.
But then the police, we had to call the police because there was boys on top of the roof.
Boys, eh?
There was boys on top of the roof, yeah, kids.
Sure.
When it was up there.
And that's when I noticed there was never no birds around here.
Cool.
Do you do like, have you got any more avalanches anymore?
No, only that one.
I think that we had that one day.
They do come in, yeah, they do come in.
And they'll be like on the top or in the window because I don't want them broke, see.
No.
Because they can break and when they break you've got the oil everywhere and it's in late May then because they sort of clean up.
Have you been busy much?
Yeah, a lot of people are back and forth with the market and a lot of people didn't realise we were down here.
Yeah, yeah.
You know, but the shop next door shut down.
The cafe's not doing too well.
Oh, yeah.
It's sad, isn't it?
Yeah.
It's sad, isn't it, you know?
Yeah.
All these businesses going.
I don't know.
And there's some big names going as well.
Yeah.
You know?
Yeah.
I'll be back here.
I'll be back soon, I mean.
Yeah, no worries.
Nice to see you.
Hi.
Probably a bit more.
Yeah, and if I got any in my other shops I'd bring them over because I know I've got a customer now for them.
Yeah.
How many have you got then?
What's that?
Lava lamps.
Just one went upstairs in my room now so...
Oh, right.
Yeah.
They are lovely.
Yeah.
I got one in the house and it's got glitter.
Oh, yeah.
It's more like one of the glitter lamps and it's a tall one, a bit like a bubble too.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
But, you know, it's more of a lamp.
And it's so pretty to watch in the night.
Exactly, yeah.
Right.
Wait, don't walk too hard.
Nice to see you.
All right.
I won't.
Don't worry.
So long then.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
Don't know if you can see the dirt now, guys.
Come here.
Can you have my phone?
Ah, you're a nice person.
Yeah, it's lovely.
We usually check that out.
And then you do the ones that go on the groups then.
A bit chill about us.
You know.
But it's nice if you've worked in retail.
You'll understand it is nice to say no to some people and say no.
How do you go?
Nice to be able to do that when you're in a shop.
Your own not-for-profit, your own business.
I noticed that that group was picking on a couple of other charities as well.
And I noticed the other charities were like, yeah, we're not going to go into a conversation about Jane.
End of.
You know, if you've got an issue with my charity, contact me direct.
But the reason they contacted your charity, can you remember...
I'm not going to name the charity.
I know the person's probably watching.
Can you remember when you said to me, has this person asked you for dog food?
Go back on your messages.
You kept them.
And I was like, no, I don't know that person.
Well, that's the person you've had quite a bit of trouble with.
That's one of them.
And it's also the ones doing the videos last night.
And it's also the one that came into the shop for you some problems.
And it's also the ones that gave us problems, saying they were going up to Burma when the shop was shut.
Every time they went up there, and when I was checking, the girls were saying, no, are you?
And they were like, you know, trying to prove that they were in the shop.
Because the first time they did it, they weren't there.
And I gave them petrol.
I said to the customer, I'll give you five pound credit in the shop because you've gone up there and they were shut.
And they didn't tell me they were shut.
I don't want you wasting your petrol.
Of course, I tried to get on all the time, didn't I?
So it's that individual that mentioned your charity in that group about us.
Instead, it's...
If you go back on your messages, you said to me, did she ask you for dog food?
Because I think she told you I refused her dog food.
But I hadn't refused her.
She didn't want to come in and meet me.
She didn't want to have anything to do with me.
You know, she wanted to go to a different shop where I wasn't in the shop and maybe recognize her.
Like I said, it all keeps going back to the same people because the messages you sent me like that was when I was up in Blackwood Shop first year.
So what are we looking at?
Three years ago.
And they'd already started trying to filter off as much as they could for free then from lots of different other charities.
Of course, the only way that they could get from that charity was to come to my charity and my charity.
My shop and get it from me.
But why didn't they want to come in and get it from me?
I'd recognize who they were because they've been in the newspaper and saying they're not coming in yet because you're a danger to pregnant women because there was an attack on a pregnant woman by the woman and her fella apparently which I didn't know at the time actually I only found that out recently but that's why you were dragged into the group Deb and why they've done it because they're trying to target you so at some stage they've obviously been refuting something This is from your charity,
your registered charity, and that's why they dragged you into it.
It's the same family.
If you want to drop your message, I'll tell you who it is.
This is what we found when we first started, and this is why senior staff move around the shops a bit.
Like, I'll go and spend a week in Bristol, I'll go and spend a week learning, or a couple of days in Pontypool or whatever.
Because we can keep an eye on what's going on.
Because the same freeloaders frequent the other shops to get as much for free as they can, you see.
But, like I said, we get to know our customers, and we get to know the genuine ones.
I had a lady in this morning, she said, oh, I can prove I'm genuine.
And I said, you know, I don't need you to prove you're genuine.
I'm more than happy to take it on face value that you were genuine, that you were in need.
And the lady received items that she was in need, and they made a generous donation as well.
Thank you.
And they're going to bring their donations, you know, from now on.
So even if people are not customers, they end up being customers or donators because we help them, you know, from the first onset.
It's coming up lovely though, isn't it?
It's coming up lovely guys, isn't it?
Thinking I haven't got the tea, but that was already broke off.
It wasn't there.
It came a few years ago, I think.
But, I mean, you know, in a lovely bit of history, we salvaged it.
Well, they salvaged it fast.
I explained to them what we did, and they've been doing the shopping.
They've been doing the shopping anyway.
They've been doing it all the time, by and large.
Well, I'll have that heavy, take one for a cent.
I'll have this, I'll have that.
You know, and if I've had any work, yet I've brought it over here because it's what they're looking for, you know.
They just come in, one of them had a camera off us.
They've spent quite a bit with us.
So it's nicely done this for us.
They were gutted, it got broke, but I just don't worry about it.
You know, that adds to the story, doesn't it, guys?
It got damaged when it was coming down.
It fell, it did, when they tried to take it down with the pincer on the thing that they're pulling it down.
It wedged on a bit of scaffolding, but was still up when it went, because it's old.
It got a few gouges all over the filly.
But like I said, if you've worked here, or if it's your first job or whatever, you're going to want it in your...
I don't want it rubbing off on anybody's clothes.
I don't think it smells, but it might whiff overnight.
If it sits in here overnight, it might whiff.
I want to never hear the end of it, then, if I've got a smelly shop.
I love the way they all complain about Pontefou shop.
It's like, it was built in like 1829.
And they go, the barbers next door don't smell.
Well, because it's probably in a better condition.
And that barber next door, I've been there a long time.
I mean, how many times has the optician had problems with a plummet and what have you next door?
You know, and they've had to shut their shop because they've got a nasty smell because the plummet and all is so antiquated.
And then they've got to get a specialist out the view of it.
You little
bitch.
I can't believe it.
I mean, I don't see that blocked, but somebody sent it to me and I was like, oh, full of shit.
Remember when... why would you say, don't panic, keep calm, what we need now is calm.
Why would you say that?
Why would you say that?
And the other thing is, please say to me, well, we're going to make an arrest.
We're going to do this, we're going to do that.
We're going to invite so and so in for a voluntary.
We're going to send, you know, how much we can do about such and such.
We'll have to send out a community police order as a community police officer with a CRO as a first step, you know.
But they are pursuing it now and I think that's good really.
And I think they're putting my auntie's name address online, didn't they?
Number one, they've got the wrong people.
The police have
got something else to go on it now.
They can say, well, you're targeting vulnerable adults now.
There's nothing to do with it, you know.
So, I may come straight out, frankly.
I usually get blacked at the police station like that.
I usually say to people, if you're in 999 and you live in Blackwood, say, don't send blackwood to the police station.
I'll wait.
It's 999 but I'll wait for another police station to come.
But, actually, we've come straight out.
I think we're going to sort it out to see a garden, so...
It's not far off down there, you know.
I'm a bit sort of fed up with it already.
But there we are.
It's not a new den, it goes.
There you are.
It's come up lovely.
Okay, well, I don't think the back is as bad as it was up against the billowing sea.
But the birds have come back.
There was an ebonyl bird here.
I mean, pontipon, you're stepping over the pigeon.
Erm...
The birds have started coming back in the trees here.
But I think that was the asbestos, see.
Because it was all on the roof and that's the fire brigade when the kids were up there in the police.
So we're not going up there because of the asbestos.
Which is here now.
I think it stays only close once it's...
It's because the particles have brought the asbestos in, they're dangerous.
And it feels like a sealed piece of asbestos.
Because when it's broke, it goes into the lungs and cells in the body and things like that.
So...
I don't think these haters will be around much longer, to be honest.
Because the amount of people has come in and said, oh my god, you can all see it now.
You can all see it now.
The amount of people has said, it's come in yesterday.
I had people come in and saying, oh that's a lot of crap.
You can all see it now.
I don't think it'll be around much longer.
Especially with the police, they're starting to charge them.
They're not to make me laugh when that Natalie said, she's tired of going to the police and said, you won't even come out and take my statement.
I won't even take my statement against you.
But she's sent me threatening messages.
I've put them on.
I've put them online.
And you can see, she's in the wrong.
She's sending me threatening messages.
But they're oblivious to the fact that they're doing anything wrong.
It's like that Emmeline.
She cannot see that she did something wrong as a woman, you know.
And as a business owner, slagging off a picture of me and thinking it was hysterical.
I would never go to a beauty salon that does that, would you?
I didn't know it before the incident.
I knew it then.
And slagging off, you know, all today pictures of me.
Well, that's not a nice thing to do to another woman.
Especially if you're going to a beauty salon.
You've got to have confidence in going there now.
Knowing that's what she's done.
I mean, I wouldn't go to any beauty salon that had done that to somebody.
You know.
And then she's saying how much it's upset and impacted.
But then she's making TikToks about it.
Sitting on the back of her motorbike, laughing and joking.
Like it's not bothering her.
Well, it's either bothering you or it's not, isn't it?
So that's why they're not pursuing it.
That's why the police are not pursuing her complaint.
Because, you know.
I think she's going to be spoken to anyway by Trader Sanders.
The pictures she's putting on.
I mean, imagine going to a big beauty salon last.
And then her saying, go play with pictures of her.
And the spotty one.
I mean, who on earth would have agreed to have their spotty shroof put on Facebook?
And why would you as a business owner?
Oh, my God.
You know, I'm like fed up with this job.
But the minute I look at it, I think, wow, it's come up lovely.
I haven't even scrubbed it.
Like, I'm literally just wiping it off.
So, I'm going to scrub it now as well.
But let's get this residue off.
Because if you walk past, it's going to come off on you.
And if you've got little ends, they won't listen to you.
They'll just rub up against it.
It's fabulous, isn't it?
If it fitted on the front of our shop, but I don't think it would.
It's too high.
The front of our shop, I had to put it on the front of our shop.
There's a bit of history.
You know, the local area.
I'm excited on it now.
Put it down by there now.
I know you are Linda, woman, is it?
Put it down by there.
Get Daniel now and Roy to weld it to the railing so they can't take it off.
I am, alright?
I'm live-streaming in a minute, guys.
I suggest you to be aware.
I don't want to be on the camera.
Don't look if I do it then.
All I should do is put a big sign.
A big arrow.
A big arrow and it will send everybody up here.
It's all half price but we only take card and contact unless you ask me to be aware.
Alright?
Yes, I got two nice little abadachari boxes for you now, guys.
Building up quite nicely.
Of bits and bobs.
You can't get them anymore, bits of abadachari.
Do you have any money?
What did you say?
No, none at the moment, sorry.
Hiya.
I'm live-streaming at the moment.
Alright, just for you to be aware.
Live-streaming onto Facebook, yeah?
Thanks, guys.
You want me to live-stream, wouldn't you?
Make of that what you will.
I wouldn't want to be live-streamed.
But then...
Primarily I don't want to be live-streamed because I'm still not well.
I'm still not putting on makeup.
I'm just looking to brush my hair, if I will.
But that's why I don't want to be on camera.
But I'll give it the effort and put on some makeup, wouldn't I?
Perhaps I will.
But...
I'm going to get some signs up anyway.
So that you can see when we're videoing.
And like I said, Keck is going to pay us anything between £15 and £25 per hour.
It's a stream.
So you know, like HSTP prop, he's probably on a lot more.
What's his other name?
Ed Matthews.
And I can't think of where else.
I only know those two.
And the only reason I know those two are live-streaming on Keck.
And that's how I found out about it.
It's because I see them on TikTok.
The only reason I know about them pair are the idiots.
So I thought, oh well, the idiots are getting paid for it.
But apparently, Keck's on live-stream if he's sleeping anymore.
So obviously why use to that, haven't they?
Erm...
I'll get some signs up in the shop to say that frequently we may be, well, if it's a live-stream and we're getting paid £15 an hour, it'll be on all day.
You know?
You know, big brother you.
But the money there, we'll all go to nappies if we can't for our £25 an hour wouldn't we?
Wouldn't that be good if they paid us out?
We have multiple cameras everywhere.
Have you seen those robots that do the deliveries from the little corner shops?
I'd like one of them.
But I think it could get damaged wouldn't it?
That's the trouble.
And they're probably not cheap.
Have you seen them?
They put the shopping in them.
And then they come to your house.
And you've got to take them out to the robot.
That'd be cool, wouldn't
it?
Might not like this coming.
Makes it an easy job but it's not.
But it's nearly done in there and I think then the residue will be off the front.
I'll have a breath and then do the bath.
I think it got dirty from where they knocked it down and it came down and then it was on the pile of rubble.
So I don't
know what's happened with that woman's business then but in the last 72 hours it's affected her business dramatically.
Well perhaps that's what we start doing because you're quick enough to tag my business.
Quick enough to tag Jayne's Beard Bank which is trademarked.
So perhaps that's what we start doing.
Oh this one's bothering me.
This is their business.
I mean I don't even know who this woman is but she's obviously been targeted by her followers.
But like I said we've got some nice followers.
We've helped a lot of families that have been struggling and actually they've gone elsewhere and been turned down because they tell you.
And we try and make it as easy as possible.
I don't need your life story.
I just need to know you need help.
And all we ask is that you support us.
We're either sales, word of mouth, donations so that I don't mean it's not even compulsory.
So that we can help another person that's in need.
Somewhere down the line.
Somewhere down the line.
Like you, you know, one day somebody else will be...
somebody else will be in need and you know there's nothing worse than when you're struggling and you've got to give all your details of why you're struggling and all the rest of it.
I don't care.
You wouldn't be asking for help.
Well some people are freeloaders, we know that.
But you wouldn't be asking for help the majority of people if you didn't need it.
You know, I know what it's like to stand in the food bank hills.
I've done it.
And Daniel has.
And now, like I said, we're helping people with food banks.
Because he didn't want to stand in the food bank hills.
But at the time I couldn't carry the bags.
You know, I was like I can't lift the bags down, you're going to have to come.
You know, and the food banks are too busy to put in the car.
And they were the ones we went to.
There was only one good one, the church Nelson, they loved me.
Did it like in a positive fashion.
You know, so that you felt like you were well, recycling the food rather than needing a food bank.
The rest were all doom and gloom.
But I've been there.
It took me ten food banks to get myself in a position where I was okay.
When I first got on the rail and obviously sick pay and stuff don't kick in the rest of it.
And I still remember because I know what's wrong with me, am I?
It took me ten food banks and thank you to the food banks that helped me to get myself back on the bread line my head just above the water.
You know.
And then I think we had fifty pounds sent to our phone.
What is that?
The Welsh Government assistance.
It's a down way up in the local shop.
Do you know which shop it is by me?
I think the kebab shop is up for sale by me too guys.
I haven't lasted long with it.
You know when two businesses are going you know there's something up with the economy.
Here we are.
Another break I think and then I'll give it another breach in.
It's come up nice isn't it?
It's come up nice.
Shame we haven't got the damage.
Shame we haven't got the tea.
But I'm sure somebody will have it.
But I'll show you what they've done now today.
They've done absolutely loads to do that.
Again, that's where the market sign was.
I'm going to take up by you now.
You can see where they're at now.
And I mean we've had no mess.
This is the demolition company.
I'll get a picture of that as well to put up once we do it.
And I expect they'll bring them in.
We've had no mess in the shop.
No debris on the road.
Nothing.
It's been fantastic.
You know.
I was worried about dust and the rest of it but we've had nothing.
Absolutely nothing.
Oh yeah, they've done really well guys.
It's been so interesting to watch.
They really are.
I can't believe how big this thing is.
It's massive, isn't it?
So there is damage in it.
It's not perfect.
But what we'll do is run an auction and they'll take offers on it.
And then whatever we make we'll
spend on nappies.
We'll do a video
etc.
With the nappies.
This bit sticks out.
It's riveted I think.
I don't think it's screwed.
It's riveted.
Let's tuck them in a bit.
And then we'll get nappies and they'll distribute those nappies out to families.
And then we can say this was funded by these people.
They've got big foodie books coming out.
They're about 20 pairs of socks.
That's why it's so cold now.
That's if they can't pull.
And they're like spacey books.
And they can't quite walk in them.
I'm like...
I'm doing things like that.
So, I'm really pleased it's cold like that.
I tell you what, if we keep it it'd be nice to get our artists to come in and eat some more stuff on it.
Like things that were available in the market.
And upcycle it.
And paint flowers, maybe fruit and veg.
Things that would have been available for sale in there.
We've got lovely in the back garden now when we do it.
But let's see, you know, you know.
See what the interest is on it.
Shattered now.
I think you will get in a car but it'll be out the back.
You'll need to bungee the car probably.
But a van.
You'll definitely get in the van.
Oh, I don't know.
It is quite long.
I think we need a big van.
I don't think it'll fit in a normal van.
Like a box van.
I think a box van's a little uns...
I think it'll still be out the back.
I think it's metal.
Yeah, like thin metal.
