Can we remind everyone this is what we offer - we have had request for all sorts at the moment including free bikes and furniture . This is not what we offer. If you want help with something else you need it to be put in writing for the trustees to consider. Considerations will be accepted or refused depending on a need basis. For example we had a lady ask for foil blankets last year to take on her lap land holiday- this was refused as we have families freezing 🥶 in their homes and not being able to afford a holiday. Please think before you request as it takes up our time to hold a meeting to decide. We work on a need basis and no mother gets any more preferential treatment than another. All charities amd non profit are their to help people in need, poverty, or war. You can check this on the charity commission website.

Can I also remind people of their behaviour in our shops as yesterday we had two separate customers shouting in Blackwood shop and 1 couple in Pontypool shop arguing with each other. The staff don't want to hear it and we have babies and children and newborns in the shop that take priority.
