If you can't afford formula in the shops and you can't getting it from an organisation like ourselves please ring your midwife or the GP and ask them to surply it on prescription for you. They have a duty of care to do this. Please do not water milk down or add items to it or use open or out of date packs. ❤️🌎🍼
