Trading standards had several anonymous complaints about us - they are no longer accepting any anonymous complaints as are highways and the rest of the council - they have just completed their inspections and are more than happy with the way we are operating the shops! 😍🤩❤️ They loved the pet food bank service items and Debs new lables and all the Baby food and milk, Food banks has been kept accordinly. We have had the go ahead for the honey too! Only thing they have brought up is that fancy dress items NEED to have fire retardant lables - we always check our clothes for lables but I think it's referring to accessories or hand made costumes so thats a new one for all charity shops and schools etc I 🤔 think ??
so pass that one on to anyone you know using fancy dress clothes and items or other charity shops for us please. This is apparently due to Claudia winklemans daughter being involved in a fire - so please check all fancy dress items you have bought from us and elsewhere - if there are no fire retardant lables in the ones you bought from us then return them to any of our shops and we will exchange them for you and dispose of the other items.
