I’ve been following this very closely.

Sherlock – the work you’ve put into this site is incredible.

Working within the third sector and being asked genuine questions from people about this person I feel I can answer with confidence.

The Facebook ramblings – the way she attacks anyone who questions her – and then accuses genuine organisations of wrong doing. The net is closing in on Carrie and speaking on behalf of all registered organisations – it can’t come quick enough.

Anyway, surely she can’t trademark a Shutterstock image? (I’ve had a deep dive through the site and all the comments and just wanted to show my support – plus this should help your site’s SEO when people search for JBB (and charity shop) 💖

Hello Eddie,

Please note that the trademark includes the Charity Shop reference line as part of its design. You can verify this at:

As well as trying to pass off a generic shutterstock image as their own original trademark, I’m wondering if the text “& charity shop” is also included in the ‘protected’ trademark image?
It seems misleading, as Jaynes Baby Bank is not listed on the charity commission website.
The image is also registered on the trademark website as class 36, which states “Charitable fund raising”.
